Morning everyone :j hope the sun has got his hat on for you today :j it must be all this sunshine making me want to do more clearing out, I'm thinking of tackling the top of our stairs/landing, its terrible, its the dumping area for the house (as well as our bedroom!)...but will be making sure I get outside for some sunshine later

Jazabelle Sorry to hear you're having to wait so long for your delivery. I hope you get it sorted soon, it's awful waiting for stash to arrive. I've been lucky so far. I'm waiting for a Craftwork Cards order ATM and they say they despatch within 5 days so either today or tomorrow I should get my stuff.

Right, coffee finished, I'd better get off. There's sheets to get on the line, OH is scrubbing our little balcony now he's finished painting the railings so when that's done the potato tub can go back - they need earthing up already! There's also some plants need potting on plus I've got a friend coming round -Tuesday is our "natter" day :rotfl: . I might update the gardening blog soon for those who were interested, the tomatoes and runner beans are going great guns but it's still a bit early to put them out.

Thank you for all the good wishes re the girls.
Rusty . Alicia will have to have some check ups and things here to see how things are progressing and she will have to return to the us in a few months to see the consultant again and have more tests to see if it has done any good and stopped it growing or even shrunk it any. Hopefully it will have done both.
Hope things go okay for you at the doctors and the opticians.

craftygranny - you must be so excited! I hope you get to see Alicia today and that she's not too jet-lagged for lots of hugs and kisses. Hope Carly's tweaking goes well, it sounds like she's making great progress.

The sun is shining here today after a miserable grey day yesterday. I really need to mow the lawn, but still have lots of marking to do. My niece kept me awake most of the night, I think she may have more teeth coming through, so I might have to have a nap this afternoon.
I managed to make a card yesterday (seems like the first one in ages). I'll blog it in a day or two.

Speaking of blogs, I really can't get on with wordpress. I think I may have to go back to blogspot, but can't decide whether to start again from scratch or just try to revamp my old one.
