Hi all
Wishful Comper I have added you as a friend, your cards are lovely
Haven't had time to do any crafting today, managed to get an order with Angel Crafts for some more pro markers, and some ribbons slipped into my basket.. Have also managed to buy the Tim Holtz blender and some tinkerbell stamps.. And I still feel I need some more patterned paper. Have also been looking at the extended B plates for the bug, would love to make some boxes with dies but not really sure what I am looking for
Have been gardening again today, think I have overdone it though as my side is killing me, think I have twisted it slightly.
Going ice skating with my little nieces tomorrow, should be fun haven't been in I don't know how many years  They are really excited as we are getting the train to Nottingham and they haven't been on a train before0 -
WOW Rusty thats fantastic!! I love it when someone gets a profit!! It would be worth being messed about for to do the Thankyou cards... maybe not...
Of course you can come with me, we could go as Tweedledum and Tweedledee lol
I don't know if I should even suggest it or not :rotfl: Not sure I can be bothered with her bridezilla attitude!
Oooh I am fat enough to be a tweedler! :rotfl: you aren't though but I can lend you some spare tyres :rotfl: Talking of fat ... OH and I start the cambridge diet soon, paperwork arrived on saturday  Mine will be signed hopefully tomorrow and OH is booked in on Friday which means hopefully the weekend after this one we will get an appointment with the woman and we can get a start  quite scary but needs to be done! I will be ratty and starving and miserable but I know you lot will keep me sane
Ooh meant to say My promarkers from creative craft world arrived today .... well 8 of them anyway... 30 of them missing which apparently were sent first  Still no sign of my scrap box from sarahs cards nor have they responded to the emails I have sent them!! No one answers the phone there either

Hi ladies. I haven't posted for a couple of days, I've been quite busy. I've tried to keep up with the thread and have been blog hopping and leaving comments.
I managed to make a couple of cards over the weekend, haven't blogged yet as they will probably be sent out over the next week as birthday or swap cards so will blog them afterwards.
We went out for the day today, ended up at a garden centre and bought a few plants to do the tubs soon. They had a small craft section so I bought a couple of packs of buttons and flowers, some matching ribbon, not too much. I'm waiting for a delivery from Craftwork Cards, got some of their Digital Smooth Cardstock and some card candy coming, hoping to get better results printing digi images with them.
We've got a busy week ahead, having blinds fitted in the sun room at the end of the week and carpet tiles being delivered tomorrow for the loft bedroom (my craft space!), OH wants to try and get those down for the weekend as DD is coming for a quick visit which means I probably wont be able to get to my craft desk most of this week.
Hope you're all enjoying this lovely weather. Ally Pally girls - I hope you all enjoyed it. Poorlies - I hope you're all on the mend. Hugs to anyone who needs them.0 -

Gosh Rusty, you must be fuming. I hope nothing has happened to Sarahs Cards -they are usually so good. We recently ordered £200 worth of lights for our conservatory. I kept checking and the tracking system said they were being manufactured, after 4 weeks I contacted them and they said they'd goneo ut of business. Thank goodness I paid with a credit card and can get it back.
I'm definitely going to get some of the Craft at Home extending plates next month - now I've signed up for a Christmas craft fair I should be able to churn out lots of wee boxes with windows to fill with noses etc! I can also enjoy a whole new search for cheap Bigz dies!0 -
Hiya ladies, hope everyone is ok today/tonight!!!
A quick question for anyone that has any Tim Holtz Distress Inks - I want to order some more from Oyster Stamps as the offer is so good!!! I already have Dusty Concorde, Broken China, Worn Lipstick and Tea Dye - what ones do other people have that they can recommend? The E-mail of the species is more deadly than the mail.0 -

I am annoyed that people can't be bothered to get in touch, Lou and CCW has been in touch by email within a few hours and she said she has contacted royal mail but I have emailed sarahs cards a couple of times in the last few days (excluding the weekend) and also tried to call several times within business hours but no answer, yet they post on UKS and also on their blog!! this annoys me when they don't respond to customers! ... I paid by paypal so can open up a dispute if needed. ... what a shock about your lights  I think that is quite rude of them but luckily you have got it back :j
Hope you enjoy your Bigz dies :j and plates when you get themRaising kids is like being held hostage by midget terrorists0 -
