Thankyou for all your kind thoughts today, they are very much appreciated xx

It has been quite a traumatic day and I have had the mother of all headaches
The funeral was a very tearful affair, apart from the hymns they played Time to say Goodbye (Kathryn Jenkins) and You'll never walk alone (Liverpool Anthem) phew... that was me gone! plus about 250 others. I just wish the sun had been shining instead of pouring down with rain. My neice was sooo brave.

Tomorrow we have GD1 so if its raining we will be crafting together :)

I'm asking the same thing as Kelly-Lou. I'm looking to buy a couple of the 5 packs from the Joanna Sheen website (Kelly-Lou the ladies on here have directed me to the Joanna sheen website but i have no idea how to do a link)

does this work? sorry if it doesn't.

I'm looking to colour in a teddy bear and not really sure which colour to go for. Sorry if i'm being dim :o

Congratulations on your wins Melissa and Tired Mom :j

Glad to hear things were "ok" today Flourgirl - was thinking about you on this nasty mucky grey day.

It depends what kind of colour bear you are wanting Charlie - I colour the odd *ahem* bear and tend to use vanilla, caramel, sandstone and cocoa the most but I do use a few more :)

Here's my entry for the KISS challenge - yes it does have a cake on it and yes it was supposed to be in the NEC free cake challenge but I had a nasty headache yesterday so didn't get it made in the end :p

Kelly-lou and charlie23 - I use blush and vanilla for forever friends bears, so use them lots! Sandstone is also a good colour for bears/bunnies. I find marsh green good for grass/foliage; ivory and blush for skin tones; sandstone & cinnamon for hair; lilac & amethyst work well together for clothes, as do marsh green & olive green, and cornflour & blue pearl. I have the cool greys set, and use cool grey 1 & 2 for shading. The passion for promarkers blog has great tutorials for blending colours.

Joanna Sheen is a great place to order from, delivery is free and usually very fast. If I were starting from scratch, I'd buy the hues, skin tones, contemporary christmas, and the season collections in that order.

    Evening all!

FLourgirl - I really hope things went as well as they could for you and your family xx

Well, our party was very tiring but I'd like to think a huge success. The children were completely thrilled with their personalised Indy t shirts - even though none of the girls would put them on over their dresses. Half a dozen children turned up to nursery today in them which was really sweet. Ewan genuinely hasn't taken his off since Saturday (day and night!!!!)

I was talking to a couple of you about a virtual Stampin UP group that I'm in, basically you commit to some purchases each month, and one of the group gets to be a virtual hostess and get the free goodies! The lady who does it is a friend of Helen from Fiddle Fart. Here's the info - if you fancy it tell her that I sent you so she doens't think your just a random nutter! I'm trying to be really good for a few months and thought if I knew I was doing this each month I might not get so tempted!
