Some help needed please. You know how it happens, you're blog-hopping away and you come across something you mean to book mark and then forget whose blog it was. Well, I came across a stamp. (could have been a digi) of a woman on her knees scrubbing a floor. You could only see her from behind (big behind too!) She was called Mammu, I think. Any one seen anything like it anywhere please.

    Here you go:

Flourgirl - I've nearly cried now at the mention of those songs, hope tomorrow helps ease today's sorrow. Have pm'd you re one of the addresses.

JHB - love the sound of that facebook group!

    Padster - fab card!

    Tired Mum - Well Done!
  • THE-WIFE - Hi just saw the comment you made re the MS scoreboard!!! As soon as I get back to the UK I will test it out and let you know how I get on. I bought the Craft Companion one also, the Top Scoreboard which is much smaller (got that before I managed to get my hands on the MS one!!!)

Well even though my bags are full I couldn't help myself today as had a couple of 40% off vouchers lurking in my bag - went to Michael's and got a MS Double Edge doily lace trim punch - after discount is came to around £7.49!!!! I also got a set of 24 soft tone blending chalks Inkadinkado make for around £5.40. Just tested the punch and it is fab!!!!

Kelly Lou welcome to the thread

Flourgirl hope tomorrow soothes your sad time

Had two parcels arrive today, one was lots of nice new ribbons and brads, the other has some new stamps and Tim holt's distressing ink, can't wait to play but sadly don't think I am going to get much time until after easter as busy on nights.... will have to try and get up early and do some crafting

I have a very non MSE confession, I was at the dentist yesterday and had a note through to pick up a parcel, and I had absolutley no idea what it was  Thanks to dawnteabag posting I know have remembered it was the Sarahs goodie box, will have to find some time to go and collect it.

    Thanks JHB
    I am a bearoholic and I haven't stamped a bear for 8 days :rotfl::rotfl:

I did use my "bear" promarkers on the monkey does that count ;)

Your KISS challenge card is lovely, can you tell me which embossing plate you used for the scallop behind?

Melissa - Well done on winning. Hope you managed to get some more sleep? Tell Elliot to behave himself or he will be shipped around all of his visrtual aunties on here! :j bagsy me first though! Also thankyou for the info RE prima gems. I think I need to wait a little bit longer before taking the plunge! unless I can find some cheaper and with cheapy postage aswell. Not sure I would use lots of them so was just one of 2?

Tiredmom - Well done on winning the challenge :D Thankyou for the info RE QS, we don't have one near us unfortunately!

Ali - Thanks :D ... I am definately up for meeting up and visiting the range, but I think I need to leave it a couple of weeks to recover from the NEC still :rotfl: I am still struggling! You will absolutely love Legoland! Both of mine did when we went last year :j, I don't think it is as good as the original one in Denmark but I am also thinking that could be because I was a child when I went there so saw it through kids eyes so to speak!

Welcome to the madhouse Kelly Lou! This is the most expensive thread in the history of MSE so please be aware of this when you join us ;) it is also the nicest! :)

Flourgirl - Hope it all went ok for you yesterday (as well as ok can go if you know what I mean)

Glittermum - I had a look at that link, sorry but I could not commit £25 a month for a minimum of 6 months as much as I would love to!

JHB - Cracking group, Juju invited me to join!

The Wife - The stamp you want is by Mo Manning, it is in rubber or digital! (whoops just seen Lei has sent you in the right direction! sorry!)

Lei - Will also send you a PM. They are just a few old ones which I either haven't used or have used but only to stamp images for everyone else!! (I do this a lot with magnolias!)

Madfrog - Wow you were up til late!! I ordered one of the sarahs cards goody boxes aswell  I even told OH I was going to do it .... he says I have to stop now as I have spent over £300 on craft stash in 3 days! I say I but he paid for some and I paid for the rest!! :rotfl:

I am off to blog a bracelet from poppy and do a blog hop :)

    Morning everyone :)

Does any one know where I could get some adhesive stones from, cheapest? I was thinking they would look quite nice in the middle of the butterflys on the wedding invites, I do have 1 packet of papermania ones but I think they came free with something else! lol Many thanks :)

Also would it be rude of me to ask you all to PM me your address details & birthdays? I want to make a book up with you all in so I don't miss a birthday :D Hope you all don't mind?

Right off now....must get one.... x

  • Finally caught up, had a post all prepared and managed to delete it! So sorry if I miss anyone, I'm doing it all from memory. I've posted a picture on my blog of my stash I got on Friday (sadly not from the NEC), and also a couple of cards that I've managed to make.

I've a nice pile of ironing and a filthy kitchen floor to keep me occupied today - so doubt I'll have time to craft today:(

    Flourgirl
    - hugs for yesterday, hope you have great day today.

    Mel & Tiredmom

I got a massive pack in Poundland, they seem to have them in on a fairly regular basis. Also The Works had some in for a £1, but they were smaller packs. HTH
