    Hiya

    Sorry some more photos and then I promise no more filling the pages up.

    This is the stash I bought on Friday from the Lowry Outlet. I bought four white packs of the card from Papermill and then when I got home realised I should have got the red card instead of one of the whites to go with the christmas goody bag. The dots, double sided and silicone glue I thought are useful staples. The scorer I got to use with all the card to make my own blanks but now need to source a scorer I know there has been alot of debate on here as to which is the best one. The guillotine was reduced to £26 which I thought was a good price, subsequently I have seen it on Craft Superstore cheaper (oh well) can't win them all. The boys papers were reduced from £14.99 to £7.99 and do seem to be a good price, need to find soem digis or stamps to go with them as toppers though.

    I have no Christmas things and so thought the Do Crafts Goody Bag reduced to £9.99 was a really good purchase. It has loads of mirror card, linen metallic card, christmas papers, shimmer chalks etc. I am struggling though and wonder if anyone can help me as to which magazine back issue I need to get to give me the ideas for what you can make with the goodies. I have looked on the website but can't seem to find back issues.

    Finally this is the paper pack that my darling children bought me for mother's day from Costco, I haven't really had chance to look at them yet though.

    Right now I've probably filled another page we're off to Frankie & Benny's for a belated Mother's Day meal.

    Hi every1 I am very new to card making and although I am working my way through all of your posts I would love any tips/advice any of you could offer. I have a very small budget and would love to try stamping , is it normal felt tip pens that you colour the stamp in with? Sorry if I am being thick! Are you ok to sell cards that you have made? Again sound thick :o

    Kelly-Lou -:j Welcome :j

    Well today I had planned on having a sit down day as Friday at the NEC & the gardening I did yesterday had caught up with me. Well I started off well, sat watching F1 but I soon got up knowing the washing machine had finished & the pots needed doing! I did sit back down & started to make some new bracelets out of my new stash from the NEC for my shop (see blog). As it was such a lovely sunny day I went & sat outside & carried on with them while the kids were playing. After that I decided to start making another Sock Bunny so I could take photos to beable to make a tutorial to try & show you all how I made mine....one prob was once I started making one, I started 2 more for my shop!! The bodies are done & stuffed, they just need stitching together & the faces need doing...leaving that for tomorrow! All this ontop of making a sunday dinner....I'm shattered.....I just can't help myself, I'm not the type of person to sit still for too long.....I always need to be doing something! lol :rotfl:
    :wave:Hi, I have a passion for crafting.......I'm always up to something :rotfl::rotfl:

  • wanna-b-rich - thanks for the info re the brush pens, they are much cheaper in the UK than the US!!!! I noticed that acard4u sell the Nellie Sneddon floral punches that Rusty bought also - I know a few people were looking for them. I searched but couldn't find anywhere that sold them so thanks again for the link to this site.

    Hi Kelly and welcome.

    After you stamp the images you can colour them in with just about anything. Lots of us use promarkers now but they are quite pricey.
    You can use crayons or watercolour paints or crayons .

    You can sell cards you make but you have to be careful with certain images and companys. You don't sound thick we all asked at some time.
