    Afternoon everyone.

I have just made my second card. I would have preferred some flat flowers and some co-ordinating card but I just don't have the stock yet. Have a look on my ****

Also where can I get some flowers? I got some lovely ones like on the card I have just made but would like flatter ones.

Lovely card lrlrip, I think your papers look lovely.
Ive started buying flowers here You can even colour them with promarkers, and papers I find mostly free ones and print them myself :)

    So far Andymandy and Hogshead.

I'm asking 'cos OH has bought me one for our anniversary, Christmas and my birthday for the next 10 years

Oh well, will have to say Bye Bye to the Craft Robo that I've never ever used. My DIL is bringing a cartridge or two for me at Christmas when they fly over.

What have you found to be the best cartridge?

Wifey I only have 2 carts, Plantin & Accent Essentials so really can't comment as there are some brilliant ones out there. I know that Hobbycraft were selling theirs off due to discontinuing Cricut so always worth a looksie.

When you all started card-making did you just buy bits and pieces and hope they matched to make a card or did you have a card in mind and then bought things to make it?

Also can you buy pre-cut ovals etc. to put images on or do you cut them yourselves? Do you just cut them yourselves with scissors or what do you use?

Also where can I get some flowers? I got some lovely ones like on the card I have just made but would like flatter ones.

I only started a couple of months ago and just buy things i like the look of or that are on sale :D Although i have brought specific christmas papers etc lately

I brought loads of flowers the other day from Dunelm, there is about 20 in a pack and they were £1.89. They had all different colours too black, white and grey. Variety of pinks etc, definately worth a look!

http://www.dunelm-mill.com/shop/paper-cellar-mixed-pink-paper-flowers-91609 these are the ones i got, they are really flat

but these ones look good too http://www.dunelm-mill.com/shop/craftime-colour-connection-pink-fab-flowers-110304

I use a Fiskars Shape Cutter. You can get templates in all different shapes and cut them with the cutter. I find it to be good. I got mine on ebay cheap!
