Oh dear JHB sorry to hear about your accident, never mind about the car, are you okay? Try not to get too stressed out about it, have a nice soak in the bath and try and relax with a nice glass of something and a good book. Things will seem better in the morning. Sending you huge (((((hugs))))) xx

Happy Day to all Mums, in fact, happy day to everyone!

I had a fab 4 hours taking a craft class on different stamping techniques. It was brilliant and new stuff for me too, I bought more Glimmer Mist, some mica powders, cut and dry foam and some little mini-misters, a couple of Tim Holtz inkpads, loads of stuff to PLAY with.

Going to tune into No. 3 son who's back on the air with his radio show, at least I get to see him on the web cam :D.

Nite all. Need to get some rest, could be on the late night shift, Mr Wifey is up at 1.30am  hope he doesn't wake me again, the dog that stuffs his cold nose under the covers, that is!!
 Be the kind of woman that when your feet hit the ground each morning the devil says, "OH CARP, SHE'S UP"!

    Hello
I don't usually post, i'm mainly a lurker looking at your gorgeous cards.:o
I was wondering if anyone has been to a Stitch and creative crafts show? There's one near me in April but i've never been to a show before so was wondering if they're any good. I was also wondering if it's worth saving up and buying stuff there or if it's better to buy online? I'm mainly looking for a cuttlebug/ sizzex machine.

    Thanks :)

Hi Charlie.. You may find the odd special offer but to be 100 % honest. Other than saving on postage costs you will find that things are often the same prices that you can get online.

Sounds like u had a nice mothers day rusty! We love the F1 too, OH is wearing his mclaren t shirt today ;) Ferrari did very well today, was a shame for vettel but at least Hamilton got a podium out of it. Not sure I like the ban on refueling though, takes the excitement out of the pit stops a bit :/

I know exactly what you mean!! I thought the pitstops give good watching action, especially when they drive off before they should taking the fuel pipes with them!!! ... Think it could be interesting further down the line at hotter venues for the GP and also longer tracks, I noticed todays race was 49 laps rather than the 60 last year!! I enjoyed todays race, roll on the next! :j

Samm - Sorry to hear about your little one taking all of your decoupage off!!

JHB - Oh no!!! sorry to hear about your accident, hope you are ok? try and take it easy for a couple of days xxx sending you hugs!

I am absolutely shattered!!! we have been to OH's real mums and had a fabulous tea :D OH is driving upto aberdeen as I type so a late night for both of us as I will call after a couple of hours til he gets up there :) Hope everyone had a good day ;)

    Happy Mothers Day Everyone

Has anyone on here got a 'Xyron Personal Cutting Machine'? We dugg it out of the loft yesterday. My mum bought it me 2-3 years ago from QVC & I never got around to using it as Emily was born so it got put up out the way! Had a quick pay with it & it seems good, I just have to cut the paper to size (4"x4"). Was just wondering if anyone knew how long the blades last on these & the sticky pad, how long might that last? Sorry for the questions its just I don't want to go mad messing around with & then find its run out when I actually want to make something! :p

    xXx

I have one but haven't really used it much i got it for cutting alphabets . My friend has one and she said the pads can lose the sticky quite quickly but she does use hers a lot.
