Good morning everyone.
Congrats to Mad Frog and Jowrie, new babies - how exciting :j.
Congrats to the latest winners.
Have a great holiday those who are about to leave us for a little while.
Puppy duties still keeping me away, she's doing very well with the toilet training but OH doesn't keep such a close eye on her and she managed to squirt on the lounge carpet the other day behind his back so now she wants to do it again!!! So it looks as though I'm chief puppy watcher, have cancelled my girly nights out for the next couple of weeks until toilet training is a bit more advanced. At least the crying when she's left at night has virtually ceased, only about 3 minutes last night :T.
I've got 7 yr old GD Molly coming round for a card making session today as she has some little stickers and a card making kit. That's if she's not decided to see her friends instead. I've given OH his orders he is to just sit down and watch the puppy and do nothing else :rotfl: .
Artydoll Hope your painkillers have kicked in and helping.
Hugs to anyone who needs them.0 -

Ok another "newbie" question:o
What are the basics I need to start card making. I love the magnolia stamps and want to start with that. Maybe not the best for a beginner but I can experiment:D
I am excited about starting:o:rotfl:
List so far: a stamp (just one to start with)
ink - what kind?
markers - have looked at the deal posted above but
don't know what to buy to start with.
card
What else? What do I need to work on, cut with, stick on etc.
There is no-where locally to purchase these so it needs to be on-line at the moment until I can travel further afield.
Sorry again for all the questions:o0 -
Morning.
Congrats to the winners and to Mad-Frog on the birth of her nephew and jowri on the birth of her niece!!!!
Raining here today although it does seem to be brightening up!!!
I went out for a lovely lunch with my auntie yesterday to Portishead which is on the coast. Although it was drizzling we had a nice meal in a pub which had a closed in balcony with a glass frontage all around which had spectacular views of the Bristol Channel over to Wales.
Finished off my side stepper card yesterday before I went out and it's in the usual place if you want to see it!!!! Have a few more to make today as well!
I'm after a few single promarkers, can anyone tell me the best place at the moment. Is it Joanna Sheen??The E-mail of the species is more deadly than the mail.0
