Well Done Dragonllew! - We'll shout your success from the rooftops!
Lizalloareds - Sorry to hear that - I'm no expert but I'd think when you were taken over they would have made provision for all staff to retain their terms & conditions of service. Could you check? Do you have a Union?0 -

Sally leave it with me and I'll come back on when I've got something for you
artydoll OUCH! Hope your shingles aren't too bad, sending you gentle healing hugs.

Lizalloareds usually when you are taken over TUPE conditions apply, which may mean there is no difference in your contractual conditions unless you have signed a new contract. Check when your holiday year starts as it may be pro-rata, you work a month and you get a percentage of holiday so you may not be entitled may not be entitled to any more. Check, check and double check everything you have and don't sign anything from the company unless you are really happy. I'm no expert but have been there in the past. Be the kind of woman that when your feet hit the ground each morning the devil says, "OH CARP, SHE'S UP"! :whistle:0
