    Afternoon all!
Vicky I love the dress! Is that really your first attempt? It's lovely.

So exhausted today, bank holidays are the worst! Work was madness all weekend and i'm in again tonight. Planning on sleeping all tuesday.

Going for a walk my cousin and our dogs today which should be nice. But the weather keeps going from raining to sun.

Will be wearing: Tesco jeggings (£9 and the best ones i've had yet!)
    white top
    nautical cardi Topshop sale
    and leather jacket and wellies.

I think it's all PF's fault for mentioning a BBQ!
And maybe mine too for hanging washing out.

Ugh and now he's rung to say he wants to go to the cinema at 3.30 which is fine but Im really hungry but didn't go get anything to eat earlier as I thought we were meeting in town so could go to starbucks on the way. Now a bit frustrated as not rly enough time to get food before, but I have nothing to do til 3.30
think I'm just annoyed at myself for wasting most of a day :(

Can you rustle up some beans on toast or grab a bowl of cereal? You don't want to get chucked out of the cinema for having a noisy rumbly tummy!

Grr...I hate being delayed by things. My dad...whose coming on the viewing with me, has got side tracked, we have loads of time, I just wanted to be there a bit early.

He also suggested I might start dressing like some one responsible enough to run a home and business if we are going to look at one. I sort of agree, but I think its different working for oneself than working for someone else. :) I think maybe the peacock feather earrings were the final straw for him. I thought about changing them but, they are barely visable under my hair anyway, they are really light...which is good my neuralgia is niggling a bit so heavy earrings are certainly out, and they go really well. So....feather brained and ear-ringed it is or me today.

I wouldn't have thought how you were dressed would make any difference to the viewing?! If you were putting in an offer and going to a business meeting at the bank or similar then maybe it would be more important... just maybe!

I've got jeans and a large Hilton Head hoody on, its cold and breezy here, although sunny. I've got a line full of washing and a pile of ironing to get on with, if only I could summon up the energy! I spent the morning going round Asda - what a fun bank holiday its been so far.

When we view houses we always dressed young and in slightly cheap looking clothes, were very sweet and polite and did the young couple in love thing. It always added a little more weight when putting in a lower offer if they think you're starting out and are struggling to get the mortgage.
I'm not saying you should do that Lost but if you go in looking like you're too wealthy the might hold out for full asking price.

ETA, I hope that doesn't sound devious, just the whole process of buying and selling is full of games and don't even get me started on Estate Agents...
