Morning,
You're all very chatty today, taken me ages to catch up lol!
Vicki - I love both of those maxi dress, the 2nd one the most though.
Pf - that is a gorgous maxi too! I'm very tempted as I'm desperate for some summer clothes.........
Daisy - hope you're have a good nap x
I've forgotten so much - brain and seive are the key words today!
I'm only in work until 1 today and then I have an hour to myself as my lovely friend is doing the ballet run today, so I will be having a manic tidy round! I'm exhausted from doing everything due to dh's ankle, although the idiot has gone to work today. I'm just grateful he's not on a roof........
Todays outfit:
red dress with deep v neck and twisty/keyhole back detail - free from my sister
black vest under
black leggings
silvery ballet pumps with flower detail - Faith and I paid full price:cool:. Not impressed with them for £40 to be totally honest, they were a complete impulse buy.0 -
I haven't been all that taken with anytihign from Faith in ages now, which is a shame as i;ve had a gift voucher to use there for ages now..but i don't wanna just use it for the sake of it..may sell it to a friend who always buys her shoes there as i went in on the weekend and there was nothing in the new stuff that i fancied either..0

Vicki I had to reply to you before I do anything else lol Ive just got an elastic type hairband thing with a huge flower attached to it from (yes my second home) Ebay cost 2.50 inclusive of postage....I love it but its a bit too big to wear as a headband during the day but would be fab for a night out (plus as its elastic I can wear it as a band for a ponytail) do you want me to pm you the link to the seller? I got peach coloured but they had blue, white, black, red and a couple of others I cant remember now lol
I'm going to make some like that, after seeing TS prices for easy peasy floral-y headbands the other day..i have heaps of silk flowers around from last time i had a garden party lol..

lol daisy, we haven't seen how they turn out yet - there always seems to be a missing link somewhere between how things look in my head, and how they turn out in real life..but if they go well, watch out for post
and that would all presuppose i ever get round to doing anything about my list of great ideas! LOL0 -

That's what I've done this year - learnt to crochet
. It's not too hard actually. There are a couple of fab threads - one on the crafty board and the other on old style. 0 -
i got a rather useful looking book on crochet last night from the library..now it;s just finding the time to learn lol0

I'm so bored, being inside is driving me mad. I might take my book when I go for my walk and sit in costa for a while with a pot of tea,
a bit lame, but beats this house.
Sadly a bit too cold out for the park
