Oh camp went really well alex, it was only one night but a good practice, as i'm doi ng a whole weekend for my license in July!
They cooked all their food on fires that they made themselves, did a scavenger hunt around the town, and we had an expert come to do some stargazing with them in the evening. They all seemed to enjoy it, and i was relieved at how well it all seemed to go ;) plus the weather was good, which definitely helped!

Ooh that sounds fab!! I miss camp :( Basically I'm just a pyromaniac and spend most of my time running round gathering wood and wafting flames (suitably equipped with a wafty board and a poky stick of course) :rotfl:

*dies at the sight of those amazing dresses*

PF the dresses are stunning. Do you have anywhere special planned to wear them?

No free money for me i'm afraid. :( It is their mistake and they couldn't have been ruder about it.

Oh, I have a fashion question! What do people class as smart casual now?

Background to this - Bank Holiday weekend we're having a uni girls reunion and have been firing emails back and forth about plans. We're going out one night and the advice from the girl we're staying with is that smart casual (or jeans and "nice" top) is the best bet. I have no going out clothes any more as I'm prematurely middle aged and haven't been on a proper night out for months and months. Thinking jeans, heels and a nice top perhaps? Although I have the problem of horrible arms so need a top with sleeves which are usually tricky to track down :(

sounds fine, but you will probably be all dressed the same, what do you have atm to play with in outfits? Dress and flat shoes perhaps? Funky tights often take the ''smarter'' things down a peg to casual.
