I went on the Powerplates at the gym (I had a 2 month mystery shop as a member!) and had to try out various classes. I realised half way through the class that I shouldn't use them with a coil but was to embarrassed to tell the instructor at that point so just carried on. Not sure why though, I did look on Google but couldn't find out. I think it's either because it might shake loose or because you could turn into an electromagnet!

Me and my mum are looking at buying a PowerPlate. The cheap gym near me doesn't have them but I really want to try.
My Reebok Easytones are fab by the way. The first few days I could feel the difference in the bottom of my legs. They're not the sexiest of shoes and i'm not sure what to wear them with other than jogging bottoms but my feet feel so much better in them - such a good break from Uggs and plims.

Oh camp went really well alex, it was only one night but a good practice, as i'm doi ng a whole weekend for my license in July!
They cooked all their food on fires that they made themselves, did a scavenger hunt around the town, and we had an expert come to do some stargazing with them in the evening. They all seemed to enjoy it, and i was relieved at how well it all seemed to go plus the weather was good, which definitely helped!
