Ok couldn't stay in PJs any longer,
wearing:
Black tee: new look
Grey jumper dress with lace front: Primark
Comic Strip leggings: Black Milk sample
can't fail to be cheerful with these leggings on!0 -
Aw Alex, that's awful (although the dwarf comment made me smile - sorry, you just have a way with words that makes me smile!).
DB - glad you're feeling perkier today.
Blog updated with the jacket of my dreams (some people's nightmare it seems!).

Morning everyone....getting excited, because my summer days mean no more changes for little jobs like feeding the horses, I can schlep about in summer dresses all the time. speaking of which, I think I need a new summer dress. I have a lovely orange one I love, but dh shrunk it in the wash last year and its just too short now.
Today wearing blue maxi dress and blue bolero. No makeup, but my skin is looking quite good, hair down, and a little wild, and wedding ring, normal pearl and wood bracelet. also have justtaken off lovely, lovely looking square bead bracelet which is really attractive, but SO uncomfortable to wear. It was my mothers but she couldn't stand it.. I can, but not for a whole day/evening, so wore it out fo this mornings errands.
vicki...the eggs should be able to take 20-30 mins at room temperature, but this could have been all day. It miht simply delay the hatching, we dont know. I'll keep the incubator on until the weekend just in case.0 -
Hi everyone!
DB............ glad you're feeling a bit better today
Alex....... :rotfl:to the chair and :eek:to the emails! I managed to delete 95% of mine without having to read them when I came back from hols. Must really do some more "unsubscribing"!
Tara..... toned legs after 1 session WOW! I did lots more walking and swimming on holiday and really feel like I've shaken off my winter sluggishness. Add 2 days of seriously-intensive heavy duty gardening over the weekend and I'm feeling positively activated and full of energy atm.
I wore my maxi dress so much on holiday (Luckily my week was split between 2 destinations, so it didn't look like I was wearing the same thing every night!!) I'm going to look for another lighter casual one I think. They are such easy no-brainer holiday wear and feel quite special to wear cos they're not the usual thing!
This is quite me, I think:

Love this too, but a younger look I think and am sticking to halter necks as have too many bra issues otherwise

Bronnie, I really like the first maxi better.
I'd love to where halternecks...but think a halterneck bra would cripple me ..lol. I really like halternecks and find them really flattering.0 -
Well this year I've seen sense and given up struggling!! Anything that can't be worn with a conventional bra or halterneck bra has been ebayed!!
I bought a "quality" £34 strapless bra last year but never felt comfortable in it as my boobs just were not in the place I wanted them to be!! That was ebayed and have just invested in a Panache halterneck bra. With a decent bra, the cups and band do much of the supporting, so the pull on the halter part is OK actually!!!
I agree halter necks are really flattering especially if you've got boobs/ and or sturdy shoulders! They are actually quite minimising! The first dress is also 100% cotton and since I've got a little idea about the Greek islands germinating atm, it seems prudent to plan ahead (Ash permitting of course!)0 -
I like the first one much more. Not quite so sure how flattering the drawstring waist on the second one would be.
Weird, one of my posts has disappeared!0 -
Argh, I can't shake the feeling that there is something I am meant to be doing/somewhere I am meant to be,
yet my diary/to-do list is coming up empty?!0 -

If you don't have any appts today, then you're just meant to be taking it easy. xx0 -
Haha, I hate taking it easy
my Anna Sui outnet bargain just arrived, omg, it's gorgeous
such amazing quality
and I'm glad I went for something that won't date, as it makes it even more of a bargain!
The delivery man was gorgeous too, AND scored bonus points for approving of my leggings0
