Well I've been going a little further everyday but I have told her I don't think I can do the race she wanted to, my cold is still here so I'm not feeling 100% anyway and I just don't think I'm fit enough to mAnage it

I went on the PowerPlate earlier, it was fab and my legs are really feeling the effects! I am hoping to be svelte by summer!

I struggle in summer with what to wear, as my legs are whiter than white, my arms are a bit chunky (working on it, should improve with weight loss) and yea bit tricky, when you don't want to expose too much embarrassing white flesh!
