Oh wow DB, I bet that's cheered you up! How lovely.
Think the ebay fiasco is sorted. They are going to try and collect it this week she's going to let me know today.
I just can't wait to have the house tidy and I need things collecting ahhhhh.0 -
thanks lovely

it kind of makes up for the mad afternoon I have ahead,
mad is in busy as have to pop in to town before appointment to do some chores,
then appt is 3:30-4:30 at the doctors, then straight up to tesco to do the food shop,
hopefully I'll have time for a coffee at costa (using loyalty points, lol) whilst Mum makes her way there from work!

Now to sort out Dylan's passport.
I took a really lovely photo of himin the photo booth only to find out his face is too low in the picture. Went into Snappysnaps as they guarantee their photos will pass, and the first picture really surprised Dylan and he pulled a really bad face, almost a gurn. Well the genius photographer poked his tounge out at Dylan to get his attention which made Dylan copy him, so the whole rest of the session (about 3 mins) was him with his toungue out. The guy said that the first one would do and printed them out, charging me £10. It is without doubt the worst picture ever. I could cry, he's such a sweetie face normally. I don't want to use the photo but I know it will pass and mine won't. I'm in two minds to complain and get them retaken but don't know if I have the nerve.
I'll upload both to see what you think.0 -
hehe, thats how i tend to feel about my town, but im sure they love my mental outlook to outfits! to be fair, when i went to london last time, one of the (ridiculously camp and eccentric!) shop-owners in seven dials asked me how my town reacted to my mental dress sense?! so i think that's bad, as london's pretty clothes crazy!
oh well, saturdya was so funny, my two friends arrived to stay, and as they hadn't been to mine before, they spent a good hour or so tyring on clothes and random stuff from my wardrobe room..then we went to tesco..still dressed mentally! it was sooo funny!0 -
Vicki, just remember passport photos are by law, bad! I look like a fish in mine.
PF- haha gotta laugh! I'm so taking the leggings in to hospital with me

He's too young to have passport photo angst (fwiw I love my passport photo, its from before I was ill and I look like me, I dread renewing my passport). I'd go with the gurn and look back and laugh about it.
The tales you are going to have t embarrass Dylan in front of future girl friends with!
