OK this is it...

In case there is any doubt, the first on is SnappySnaps one. The glare on his face, the redness of the colours is awful gurn aside. The second one is how his skin, hair and lips look.
I'm not going to take offence if you agree it's horrible.
Editted to make it bigger for true effect!
Editted to say, sorry that it is so massive, I'm working on a middle size!
Editted to say - I give up!0 -
He is cute as butter in both of them, no matter what the colours turned out like he is beautiful in both! And I love his expression in the first one, not a gurn but excited. I would use the first one.You can stand there and agonize........

OK, well, I think they are both very, very sweet.
I'd be proud of either. I think the gurn is actually cute, and would have no issue using it BUT for the fact that his colouring is so different in real life, I'd be worried about that, though its so very frequent for pictures to come out like that. If that isn't likely to be a problem I'd use it, but make sure you have oodles and oodles of the ''real'' Dylan look for posterity.
edit: I agree with kandi, now its bigger, the first looks excited, or in anticipation. He's a beautiful, almost edibly cute little man isn't he? Am I allowed to be envious? (in a nice way of course!)0 -
Vicki, he is gorgeous and they look fine to me!0

Thanks ladies, I think he's scrummy, but then I made him so a little biased!
I am a bit worried about the colouring especially as the passport is a five year one so if it doesn't even look like him now am I going to have issues in a couple of years?
I think if the one I did had been terrible too I'd not be so bothered. Think I'll have just one more go in the photo booth later armed with bribes. The last time I knew he was too low but that was the third and final shot.
The first and second he was eating a carrot, don't ask!0 -
Aww bless him can we pre arrange a marriage between him and Jas please...:D
I agree with going with the second one as his hair and colour are actually a lot lighter than depicted int he first pic

Lol Retro, I don't think any girl's going to be good enough for my little man:rotfl:, I'm definitely going to be the MIL from hell. Is Jas still interested?;)
Edited to add the "I'm joking" faces!0 -
vicki, whatever it looks like now, he's not going to look the same in 3, 4, 5yrs time so i really wouldn't worry about it! I think it's ludicrous that there are so many rules on child's passport pics, but i honestly think he looks lovely in both!
so happy, just been into town and one of the little boutiques is closing down, so have managed to purchase a very cheap mannequin
its not an adjustable one, but i'm sure it'll still be fairly useful as my budget won't stretch to a professional one atm.. 0
