Daisybella I'm so glad you are feeling better.

Has anyone heard from Alexnikov? Is she about/ok?

OK, well, I have annoying news, this afternoon, for the fist time in AGES, my nerves started firing and I was silly, ignored it a bit and have been put in bed by DH. He and my dad are driving me crazy stressing about what I'll do through the week alone (both of them work in London and I'm alone out here in the sticks). I'm totally sure I'll be ok, even if its just to get by, but their dear worrying is making me worry, which makes me tense which makes the pain worse :(

So I'm wearing a missmatched pj combo as picked out by DH and a bit of a grimace ;).

On the plus side we got LOADs done in the garden today and its starting to look halfway decent again. :) I'm hoping to start a proper spring clean tomorrow, every nook, cranny, lightswitch and light bulb.

I hope you feel better lost <3
  • Evening,

Lost - sorry to hear you're in pain. Is there anything you can do to alleviate it?

Daisy - sending hugs and thinking of you.

Well, had a friend round to dinner last night and we drank far too much red wine setting the world to rights, so I'm paying the price today. It was worth it though - great to catch up.

Today's outfit was a thrown-on-hungover-can't-cope comfy combo of stripey dress and black leggings.

Blog updated with new specs and a pic - although it's a very old one, still not brave enough to put myself as I am now up there yet.

    xx

Not really, go to try and keep my muscles relaxed, so I had a warm bath, and now I'm just in bed keeping warm and trying to keep relaxed. Its more frustrating than anything now. Tomorrow I'll have o move slowly and relaxed (forced zen) and just keep having little breaks. If its bad tomorrow I'l take painkillers and relaxants, but I try to keep them to a minimum because then I'm able to push myself more, which really just perpetuates the problem. Anyway, hopefully its just a blip :)

    Evening ladies :)

had a productive day got another loft bed off ebay so we picked that up this morning, dismantled the old bunk bed and put the new one up in less than 2 hours lol, so the boys room is looking smart. Then went to the in laws for a lovely buffet diner and lots of cake :)

Really must start blogging again as Ive been so lax about it recently....lost me mojo:D

    Hope you all ok :)

retro ~ have a look on youtube - I found that a great help. If you can get to grips with useing headpins and making the loops there is loads you can do from there, beware, it's very addictive!!

thank you I will have a look, have got pins etc in this kit and some lovely wooden beads, but every time I start it just looks wrong lol
