Morning (just!)
Still in bed and feeling super lazy. Going to have a shower now and get dressed. Outfit undecided...will post back later.
Have just updated blog with some housey stuff and the 1st pic actually taken by me - not great quality as it's from my phone but it's a start.
Not brave enough for outfit posts yet
.
Have a great Saturday.

Its such a pain, as I get totally absorbed in something but only for a short time. I was mad keen on sewing back in January/Feb and bought heaps of lovely fabrics that are sitting in a box whilst I'm making jewellery! At least they will keep for when I'm ready to go back to them.
I could do with a good clean today, I think I have the spring clean bug, I ended up spring cleaning the kitchen cupboards last week as the washing liquid had spilled onto the shelf, it took me 4 hours!!! If found out of date cup a soups from 2006:eek:You can stand there and agonize........

Kandi, Most of my proper cleaning gets done because of some sort of accident, like shaking a medicine bottle up that the top hadn't been put back on properly whilst standing near the open cutlery drawer.

I've just been looking at your blog and you've made some lovely things. I'm the same with getting distracted when I'm making something. I used to do a lot of dressmaking and knitting when I was in my twentys and I've loads of unfinished things. Some things have just got the hem to do or a little bit of sewing up on a cardi and I think 'why did I leave it when there's so little to do?'0 -
Afternoon ladies, hope the day is as lovely where you are as it is here. I'm not dressed for going out yet, as I've had a morning catching up on with my sewing - just repaired a very well worn bathrobe, taken up a couple of hems and taken a couple of things in at the waist. DH has just brought some tea and poached eggs on toast, the little seetie.
Off out shortly - we'll be popping into the bookies to put out bets on the Grand National and then watch the race later. I'll be changing into a very springlike purple, yellow and white floral dress, black cardie, purple tights and mulberry coloured shoe boots.
Have a great afternoon girls.0 -
Afternoon everyone! I've had a lovely morning in the garden. Painted my nails 'raspberry' which is looking very summery.
Currently wearing: denim shorts and a white vest top. Will be adding a light cotton check shirt when I got out later and changing the shorts for jeggings. My legs aren't in a nice enough state to expose in public just yet!
Not very fashionista but I bloody love this weather! Hope it stays nice as I have a river trip/picnic tomorrow.0 -

Hi there, hope all you wise ones can help me ;-) I'm 5ft 2 inches and am in desperate need of some fairly comfortable heeled shoes to go with jeans and skirts for the spring, too small to wear flatties but also need to have something to make running after my 3 boys not tooooo difficult - am I asking too much?
TIA
Macca
can anybody point me in the right direction of the kind of thing to go for - pretty please:wave:0 -
I love the Mary Jane type heels - sorry can't add pics but I'm sure someone will be along who can, or t-bar type, I have a couple of pairs from M&S especially the Limited Collection as the heels aren't too high. I wear them with skirts/ dresses and trousers so would be ideal.0

Hi all,
Went to a poker night yesterday and wore:
Grey jeggings, £6 in the tesco sale
Long floral top in reddy/purpley colours, £12 New Look
Black cardigan, old from Primark.
Black and white flowery pump, £4 NL sale.
Thats the first time I've worn jeggings, never dared wear them out the house before now, so still playing safe with denim but in a slightly different way. I also took a little tan over the shoulder bag that I got from Primark the other day which I LOVE but it's so small I can only just fit everything in!
Today I've been doing some cleaning and stuff and gonna try and sort my bike out later (it probably needs loads doing to it though) so I'm just in joggers and a teeshirt.
Hope you are all enjoying the sunshine xxThs signature is out of date because I'm too lazy to update it...
