Ladies, today I have impressed myself and I am wearing my bargain skirt!! Its not such an amazing thing to most people but I have not worn a skirt since school, and I'm now 36!!
I bought it in the Ethel Austin closing down sale for £1.50 a few weeks back, when I got it home realised why it was £1.50 as the zip was bust, so I carefully replaced the zip and have a just below knee length A line black linen type skirt.

I am wearing it with some teal tights (also from EA), BUT ....

You can see right through it, I may as well be stood here in my tights
Can you still buy slips? And where in the world will I get one? :o

    Hi everyone!

Hope everyone's good. Vicki, hope you get the problems sorted... *hugs* to you Daisy... hope you manage to settle. I'm like that sometimes, feel really unsettled and its not a good feeling.
Have had two fab days off... back to work today :( but only 3 days then I'm off for another 2 days - yay! Going home next weekend - cant wait to see my mum and dad again :)
Enough waffling from me I think :o

    Today's outfit is:
Blue t-shirt with a pic of a killer whale with its mouth open and 'Maneater' print at the bottom (I love this! Its so quirky. £8 from New Look online)
    Pale blue jeans (Evans)
Union Jack print socks (£1.50, Primark Lincoln)
    and my trusty Nikes.

I do have jewellery on at the minute although will have to take it off before work - the beaded leather bracelet with my name on Mum brought me back from Kenya, plus my silver ring from Avon and my eternity ring, and my gorgeous new Oasis watch, black leather strap and a black and grey diamante face, £51 from 24studio.co.uk

Perfume is Laugh with me LeeLee from the BeneFit Crescent Row Collection.

Hope everyone's having a good day and enjoying the sunshine...! x

Yes! M and S for example. But a number of underwear places. I like full slips under , I just fel a bit sexier in them.

I think I'm getting some silk underwear for our anniversary....I just have to decide what. :)

You have a lot of stress ATm, and ar going to have to rise to some challenges. Perhaps this is a way of mentally getting somewhere you need to ''be'' to face your choices?

Yeah, I think my body/mind is in fight or flight mode right now.

My vague plan for the rest of the day is to hold tight till Mum gets home for lunch,
have a hug and a cry on her, then when she goes back, go out and see if some fresh air can clear my head.
