Oh tsabo, you,re really not up to all that, good luck.
Coco they'll look fab with coloured tights.
I've now had my nap, I hate it, always wake up feeling absolute rubbish until I go to bed. Yeek I seem to have somehow switched on italics as I'm trying to type in the dark! Ah that's better!

I am home from work and enjoying a nice vodka and cranberry after a LONG week. Just about to read back and catch up.

Hiya ladies, I have not posted on this thread for such a long time! I've not been on MSE much either lately.

Anyway, I have lost a stone and a half in weight over the last couple of months (SLIMMING WORLD) so I'm rediscovering some of my old clothes, which is good. I forgot I had most of them so it's like having new clothes all over again!

    Outfit today

Blue bootcut jeans - River Island (some smaller ones I have not been able to wear for years!)
Pink vest top with black spots on - New Look
Black boyfriend cardie - New Look
Black cowboy style boots when I went out but pink slipper boots now

Hope everyone is well. I'm really enjoying looking at all your sites for inspiration now I am a more "normal" size!

Phew! Think actually, after my knee-jerk near hysteria this morning that the shoes are OK. They needed a dusting of talc on my feet to make them a bit silky-slippy so they'll slide into the shoe. Once I stand up then my foot slides forward. The 40's would really have been too long at the front.

Believe it or not, neither DD or I had any talc/foot powder in our toiletry stashes, so as I temporary measure I ended up spraying my feet with Batiste, which on this panic-struck occasion, seemed to serve the purpose OK!!!:D:D

Rather silly posts of mine today in the great scheme of things, but never mind!! Anyway, work tonight was quietish (not good), so I managed to slip away very early and am now home (unheard of on a Saturday night, but very good for me this weekend) means I can cook soimething light and yummy and start to sort out my minimal carefully-thought out holiday wardrobe for Wednesday:D

Bronnie, an odd thing I have to deal with is insane blistering and foot swelling. As a result I have disovered the best tl for this purpose is one aimed at older people called ''Lanacane''. Its usually with things like bunion preventatives or nail clippers with long handles in boots...i.e. not with other powders, but its great for hot feet and similar emergencies....:o

There is also a cream...which I've not tried yet :o. You can't miss it once you find it in the shop. Its a yellow talc bottle with a red lid. When in italy I buy mentholated talc for a similar purpose but the bottles are MUCH prettier and make one feel more regal than disabled. (lanacane is probably better though)

I have the opposite problem. I have 2 pairs of shoes, both utterly gorgeous (1 piar of bronze Julien Macdonald heels and 1 pair of black "debut" evening shoes) and they are both just a little bit too big for me.

Any Ideas of how to make them fit (except for getting toe extensions!)
