I'm starting to feel quite overwhelmed by the up and coming move, in fact I feel so frightened right now I want to get back in bed and pull the duvet over my head!
moving is horrid and stressful. I find it very hard despite having done it so often. Don't feel bad for finding hard. Bu you will find parts of it fun. Finding your new haunts will be fun, lots of exciting new places to go and see, new places to shop .......0 -

Queen- *big hugs*, moving is stressful, I wish I lived nearer so I could take you for a cup of tea and de-stress
Unfortunately not. He's a really problem child when it comes to sleep. We're in the process of bidding for a cabin bed on ebay with a den underneath, I won a storage unit yesterday so the plan is to make his bedroom more of a toy/playroom as the cabin bed will free up some space.
We hope that he might play nicely in his room instead of trying to wake us up.
I genuinely think he's just one of those people who don't need much sleep. His growth and development are fine and he's never been ill enough to see a doctor so I doubt he's suffering as much as I am!0 -
I was one of those children Vicki, never needed much sleep...and seemingly still don't!
My parents got me one of those cabin beds when we moved house when I was 4 I think, it did exactly what you hoped!0 -
Sorry forgot to say Queenie ((hugs)) I'm a serial mover too, this is my ninth address since moving to Chelmsford just over 11 years ago. Moved around loads as a young child too, I attended 5 infant schools. Thankfully we stayed in one place for the restof my education.
I hate packing, it's that last week when you need things but they're packed and you have all the essentials unpacked, I get jittery at that point.
I hope it goes smoothly, at least you don't have the awful hanging around waiting for monies to transfer and getting keys that goes with the mortgage, now *that's* really stressful!0 -
