Stop talking about snow, I'm off to Yorkshire! I'm not posting an outfit at all this week, packed really light for 3 days in a theme park in the snow so I've got jeans, t-shirts, a hoody, a waterproof and my sheepskin boots all in varying shades of black, not particularly stylish!
Off to get my train in a mo, bye!!

Unfortunately not. He's a really problem child when it comes to sleep. We're in the process of bidding for a cabin bed on ebay with a den underneath, I won a storage unit yesterday so the plan is to make his bedroom more of a toy/playroom as the cabin bed will free up some space.
We hope that he might play nicely in his room instead of trying to wake us up.

I genuinely think he's just one of those people who don't need much sleep. His growth and development are fine and he's never been ill enough to see a doctor so I doubt he's suffering as much as I am!

Hes at that age where you can encourage him to spend more time in his room and make it a fun place to be- but try not too make it too fun as it will have the opposite effect! Im currently looking out for a cabin bed for Jasmines room too (they seem to go for an absolute fortune on ebay though!) as she likes to play in her room now but it literally is a box so needs space under the bed to play.

I was a nightmare child when I was little apparently I didnt sleep through the night til I was 4! I used to be up every hour before then (my poor mum worked full time too), then i started school and was so wiped out I slept all night since then...this is all from my mum Im sure I wasnt that bad but you never know...I still dont need a lot of sleep and am always an early riser as both my boys are. It does get better keep with it x

    I'm guilty of that, too!

Morning all you lovely people and have a fab holiday, Mariel!

I'm a busy bee this morning and am slobbing about in peacock green leggings, a Harley Davidson teeshirt I revamped with antique ribbon and a some scissors and a pair of sparly flip flops.
There's currently a rampaging tortoise who keeps climbing over my eBay stuff.

Hope you're all well and happy. It's vile here today, freezing cold and pouring with rain....ROLL ON THURSDAY!!!
  • i'm up so late today... was woken up by a text from boyfriend asking if i was nearly there. I'm getting the train from birmingham to sheffield today and planned to be up wayyy earlier than i am. I think it's because i shut the blackout blind and i normally leave it a bit open.
Also my jeans have been washed and are really crumpled and i don't know where my dad keeps the iron :( May have to just look a bit of a tramp on the train because they don't fit in my bag but i want to take them back.

queen good luck with the packing, i've only moved between furnished places but i still get so stressed (and i still have an unpacked box in the flat).

and i think it was medsdemon... i love your new bargain shoes!
