I love washig my hair, but rarely use shampoo any more. i really miss shampoo often, but tobe honest my hair dos so muh better not shampood. I'm down to about twice a monh shampooing ATM. Shampoo'd last week though, after the John Frieda colour glaze disaster.

I do conditioner wash though. From daily to every third day. some times I just add in conitioner to a wet head and don't rinse. My hair holds bad smells, so its quite important to me to freshen it when its been, for example, cleaning out the chickens/horses etc. Through most of winter its therefore daily.

When I was ill, I washed my hair maybe once a month and it didn't feel/smell bad but don't think I'd do it through choice. I wash my hair every 3/4 days unless I'm not going out and then I eek it out as long as I can.

Haa I do save a fortune on shampoo etc,
I have very dry hair that doesn't get greasy so once a week and it still looks clean..but the guilt starts to kick in then
