Having started to go grey in my 20s, I can honestly say I've never noticed thatDid you know you can get no rinse shampoo as well? It's a bit like those handwashes that you can use without water, very liquid, almost like water, but you just wet your hair with it, lather up, then towel off and dry. It's great for festivals and camping, but I wouldn't recommend it for use too regularly. It was a god send when our water tank burst.
Thank heavens for hats and scarves I say!0 -
Ohhh where would I find no rinse shampoo? Half my issue with hair washing is the energy required0

I'm just as bad! That's why I'm wearing a hat today...hooray for hats!
By the way, Batiste's new dry shampoo for black hair is a godsend! It's great for sticking on clean hair to stop the flyaways too.
Would that work on my red hair do you think as the normal one makes me look like Ive dipped my head in a vat of talc! And I dont put loads on lol**"Yesterday is gone. Tomorrow has not yet come. We have only today. Let us begin."**0 -
retro- they also do one for blonde hair and brunette hair0

I've a dry shampoo, not Bastise though and thought it was a really good emergency treatment until quite recently DH asked me why I was all dusty. I was confused until he explained I had loads of dust in my hair!
Needless to say I've been a bit more on top of things since.0 -

I couldn't actually remember what it was called, so I googled no rinse shampoo to find... it's actually called No Rinse Shampoo. :rotfl:I got mine from Sallys hairdressing supplies, but you can buy it on Amazon. They do small bottle for 2.99 which would be good to try it. I'm not sure how suitable it would be for dry hair though, as I found my hair was a little drier after using it. Might be ok for less regular use though. I've got none left, otherwise I would have sent you some to try.0 -
The coloured ones are fairly new retro,
the one you have is likely the original is one of it's various scents!0 -

thank you, I need to order a present from Amazon later so will pop some in my basket to try0 -
Yep, the coloured Batiste is now available in larger Boots and on-line at ASOS. They really do work and I really recommend them.
Loving the sound of the No-Rinse shampoo, JJ. I'm loving Lush's solid shampoo and conditioners at the mo (Karma and Jungle), they don't have all those vile plasticisers in them so my hair feels really clean and light after using them.0
