Afternoon everyone. After 4 hours sleep I did manage to get up at skirt o' clock but it went for far more than I wanted to pay.
The doctor couldn't have been nicer.Got more blood tests booked tomorrow so fingers crossed they don't take too much!
Went round the charity shops after, the clothes in them were awful. I don't know why my towns are so bad but 10 minutes drive away they're fantastic. I got three books for £6, which isn't that cheap but I really wanted them.
Also bought some leopard print wellies and an american baseball style baggy jumper. (primark and new look)
So much to reply to!
PF - enjoy your spa day, I went on one with my mum and people tended to wear robes unless they were in the pool and when you're having a massage your face is in the hole so no-one can see! You'll have a fab time, i'm very jealous.
RE BMI: I was underweight for ages but it isn't a good measure at all. My boyfriend is a rugby player and is classed as obese, he isn't! He's just built like a brick.. house0 -
Oh no I know what you mean. Sometimes the noise just drives me round the bend. I need to have a mood that is willing to be changed or the music just irritates.
I hope you have a good time one you're out.

Afternoon ladies...
I've been very naughty today! Bought 7 pairs of coloured tights  not that I'm obsessive or anything.
Pale (ish) pink footless £1
Dark blue (but lighter than navy) 75p
Mustard yellow £1 (I'm blaming daisy for these)
Brown £1
Red 50p
Teal 50p
Bright pink £1
I'm gonna get properly dressed soon, as I just threw on my skinny jeans and a top to do some running about I had to do this morning.
I think I might try out some outfits later and post on blog for feedback before wearing them for real (ie out the house!)*wonders when they will make dressing gowns acceptable day wear?*No new toiletries challenge - use up the stash first!NSD Jan 2/150 -

Can't wait to see them being modelled off.
Off to wrestle with the great unwashed. Wish me luck! I'll report any good finds later.

I think I need to find my way on to this coloured tights wagon!
You always get a great haul Goan, good luck.
The nearest jumble sale I can find near me is about 15 minutes drive. Hmm, I wonder if my mum fancies it.0 -
Coloured tights is the first item on my shopping list for Monday0

I need new leggings on saturday, no idea why but the cheap primarky ones seem to differ so much between pairs on size and feel..so will have to be more careful which i choose this time!0

Phew right I think Ive caught upCaroline73 wrote: »I've booked for threading at 4pm so I will do eye blog post today!
ouch! I'd rather take my elipilator through my bikini line, I've had threading done twice, both in Egypt. The first time didn't seem that bad but the second time I was in agony, but because he started he had to finishpiratefairy wrote: »i know, but the two girls im going with are sooo skinny (i can dream lol), think size 6 / 8..and with the figures for a bikini, so i, in comparison get to be the whale-like friend
Forgive me PF but I don't know what size you are but I would guess from your blogs pics that you're a 10/12? Embrace your curves you are beautiful. I hated my curves for years (still can some days) but I'm starting to learn to love them. Women with curves look fab in bikini's
You could always be a diva and insist on wearing a pair of heels all day
All this talk of bmi and weigh. um. I am currently 9 stone 10lb, size 10, my BMI is 23.1...at my lowest weight I was 8 stone 11lb, my ribs were sticking out, I was wearing a size 6 - 8, my mum said I looked ill, but apparently I was still 'normal and healthy'...Looking at someone's diet exercise and lifestyle is a much more accurate way of gaining an overall picture of a persons health...tht's my 2p worth anyway*wonders when they will make dressing gowns acceptable day wear?*No new toiletries challenge - use up the stash first!NSD Jan 2/150
