lost i hope the insoles do some good, gotta be worth a try and if they do help, surely they are worth the cost?
re: ebay, i've had a rethink..she caught me in a miserable mood on saturday, so i kinda alluded to the fact i wasn't happy, but would prob refund part of the cost. that said, her first email said she loved the boots, but was disappointed they didnt fit and something about them being mis-labelled. what tosh! they are irregular choice boots, i'm usually a 7-8 in the older styles, and they were the ones that fit my feet but didn't zip all the way up..
i bought them on ebay recently for £40, she won them from me for £10.50, so quite frankly, i'm going to tell her that since they were sold exactly as described, and the only problem is the fit, she may like to try her luck at selling them on. if she does leave me -feedback, i'll respond to that effect.
today's outfit is made up of my tesco/matalan bargains from friday eve:
black/grey long sleeved floral print top, tesco £7
green tulip skirt with skinny black belt (was so excited when i found this, as i have it in teal and love it, so bought it in red and green, £3 each!)
green kiwi nail polish, barbara daly @tesco £3
black tights, primark £2
black glitter heels, £4 charity shop before graduation
therefore my outfit total is £19! which i think is quite good..although just about to call the bank and check i can actually afford my rent lol..0 -
lost- I hope the insoles help, I had some specially made ones when I was younger as my feet roll inwards...they were hell at first but did help once my feet adjusted.
pf- hope you can afford your rent.
I gotta leave in 20mins, not thrilled as stomach is like a rock and I know it's going to affect my weight, which will add to my already very confused thoughts surrounding it

Queen Im having eBay issues too, I sold on those irregular choice boots, and the buyer emailed yday to say she was unhappy as they didn't fit her. I'm not entirely sure what I'm supposed to do about that. They didn't fit me either which is why I sold them on, I didn't whinge to the person I bought them from. Grr.
Morning ladies... missed lots of chatter over the weekend. Hope to catch up today. But have masses of packing and posting of Ebay things to do among other things!!
Grr to Ebay buyers.
PF-I agree with jtb on this issue and feel it is the best way to resolve it.
And Queen, you should make sure you get her to return the item at her own cost at the very least.
Good luck with your appt daisy, hope it all goes well:)

GL daisy, hope it all goes okay.
Sitting here very apprehensive about interview, not sure what to expect - think I might get the bus into the main shopping town afterwards and have a poach round New Look and Matalan - unfortunately they're at different ends of the town from each other though...
Wearing:
Black and grey striped puff sleeve tunic (DP)
Black cotton flared trousers (Peacocks)
Light purple tights (EA)
Cherry print pumps (Office, can you tell I love them)
Starburst brooch (piratefairy)
Froggie earrings
Just about to do hair and makeup, and then walk along to the main bus stance. Why am I so hugely nervous about this?!"All cruelty springs from weakness" - Lucius Annaeus SenecaPersonal pronouns are they/them/their, please.

Magpye, sending positive vibes your way xxxx Enjoy shopping !
Blog has been updated with my award (thanks again Magpye), fantasy bag, bag contents and today's outfit (nothing exciting !)
I must go and get some housework done (why is it that at weekends the place gets trashed and it takes me all day on a Monday to tidy it - despite having it cleaned and tidied on a Friday ready for the weekend ! I sometimes feel like I'm going round in blinkin circles !) Neva mind, it's what mummy's are for.
I'm still debating the coat btw !:jWeight loss to date 1st 11.5lb :j0 -
blah, i didnt' bother with a coat this morning jtb, which is daft cos it's guides night which means i don't get home until 10.30pm
that said, i had too much to carry to work this morning, and my nail polish was still not quite dry - you'd think being awake since 3am it would have made sense to paint the nails a little before work timenot in my world tho!

oh and one nail is already chipped ;( bad times!0

Nail varnish is a nightmare. Even with quick dry stuff it never dries that quickly and I always end up with random stuff stuck to it.
Today's outfit is:
Black tunic - DP
Black boyfriend cardi - Primark
Violet tights - DP
Black suede heels - George
Big faux silver cocktail ring - DP
Triangle shaped silver and pinky/purple glass earrings - gift
ETA - and a gorgeous purple beaded bracelet which was a gift from a fab MSE lady
I feel a bit like I'm missing a giant necklace or something but nothing quite went with the rest of the outfit.0
