Blah. Definitely misjudged the sleeping :( am now completely awake so may get up and do some ironing or something lol

Queen Im having eBay issues too, I sold on those irregular choice boots, and the buyer emailed yday to say she was unhappy as they didn't fit her. I'm not entirely sure what I'm supposed to do about that. They didn't fit me either which is why I sold them on, I didn't whinge to the person I bought them from. Grr.

I'm so cold. Going to have to have words with Dad about maybe having the heat on first thing as it's waking me up even earlier :(
  • good luck at the doctors today Daisy (hugs)

PF - I think it's the buyers tough luck if the don't fit as long as the item was as described ie if you said they were size 7 and they are a size 7, I think you're alright

I've got a busy another busy day today, but I'd love a few more hours in bed, no rest for the wicked eh xx

Thanks Queen- good luck with your busy day!

PF- forgot to say earlier, not your problem if they item doesn't fit the buyer. I've bought so many things from ebay that have turned out not to fit, it's hardly a major chore to sell them on...especially something that will sell well like boots!

Morning everyone, sorry I didn't get back on last night, sat having cuddles with the kids and then had an early night.

Bit of a bad Saturday (had a big argument with DH :( and then ended up with a migraine due to the stress :(). Had a nice day yesterday though with the kids making me a card, breakfast in bed and DH cooked dinner (think he was trying to make up for everything :D).

DDs shopping trip went well and she got a few dresses to keep her going (there wasn't much else she liked, she's very hard to please when it comes to clothes, and is a nightmare to go shopping with - very odd for a girl ).

Piratefairy, re: ebay. If the shoes don't fit then it's not your fault. However much I don't agree with being bullied into giving refunds, sometimes I think it's not worth the hassle of a 'dispute'. It might be easier to get her to send them back to you at her own cost and offer her a refund to save getting negative feedback. Don't do anything until you've got them back though and insist on her sending recorded. There are people out there that will try it on though, so you have to make sure you don't lose out ! Several times I've offered refunds provided they sent the item back recorded (it's in my T&Cs :D) and more often than not they never bother which makes me think that they are just trying it on . I hope you get it sorted, you too Queenie.

Daisy I hope docs goes ok xx

retro, sorry to hear about your uncle, I'll be thinking of you today xx

I'll update my blog later with today's outfit (nothing exciting I'm afraid!) and my dream bag/award etc.

The sun's out here and I think Spring has arrived :j Catch up with you all after the school run :D
    :jWeight loss to date 1st 11.5lb :j

    I've been Money Tipped!

Ughr, spent terrifying money yesterday on some orthotic insole things at Crufts I almost backed out when I heard the cost but DH felt its worth a try, and that if they don't work we get half the money back...I wore them for an hour once they were made and tbh they crippled me a bit...but not in the feet...so...they do say they take some adjusting to. TBH, my feet feel amazingly good today...normally they'd be wrecked after a day like yesterday.

the dogs we took didn't do very well but never mind. It was the ''better'' one's first crufts and to be honest she found it a bit daunting.

DH and I went round discover dogs, and having been ok i burst into tears when we got to the stand of Clever's breed. While I was out on Saturday an other dog attacked my dog-dog...a greyhound, and my mum had to take her to an emergency vet who accused her of being badly socialised and scared of people...greys shake like jellies, and she'd just been bitten, I told people who knew her yesterday who pointed out that I regularly walk dog-dog with a pack of 8 other dogs...not mine...and that as she frequently is my companion when out through the week she's far more socialised than most show dogs. I am aware she's a little aloof and disdainful of people she meets out and a bout but she is a confident dog at home and very content with her lot in life (so long as it includes fast runs and lots of trips out.).

Anyway: dh also bought be an opal ring at Crufts, which was cheaper than the insoles.
