  • Claire thank you, its the same at Jasmines school Im really not a judgemental/ !!!!!y girl, but I really want to take one of the women who is so pretty but wears grey joggers and a hairband, every day by the hand and drag her to the shops! But then I realise I was once like that (well not in joggers but sticking to safe colours) lol

You may be getting to your ideal weight? I stopped losing when I got to 10 and a 1/2 stone no matter what I did it wouldnt shift, but Ive realised Im probably meant to be this size...Ive got lazy now and put a few pounds back since I cancelled the gym, even though Im not eating any more than I did, so I need to get off my butt and do something, but I reckon once the weather gets warmer it will come off (I hope)

Alex thank you for my award!! Woohoo its like the Oscars lol...what do I do now do I pass it on?? Im a blogging virgin virtually still lol

    Morning all :)

I got asked this morning if I've taken out shares in black and white dye - I don't think I wear that much of it!!!

Although having said that, I am very black, white and grey today:

Black, grey & white stripy dress - Per Una
    Black leggings - Evans
Black & cream pumps - New Look (still can't wear proper heels cos of blisters on my toes :( )
    Silver & quartz cocktail ring
Silver star earrings - New Look
    Silver bangle - Shared Earth

Was it a bloke that said that? Did they not see the beautiful red/blue combo yesterday?:D

No, it was a woman! And she was doing the training with me yesterday so she can't possibly have escaped how brightly coloured my legs were :D

Claire, have to agree with retro that perhaps you are reaching a state of homeostasis. Some of us are simply not meant to be thin, others can't get fat (using this purely as a descriptive term without implication) regardless of how much they eat. Body diversity, gotta love it (even though it's not meant to exist!)

I threw my scales away. Evil things, keeping you fixated on weight and obscuring your view of what's really important.

Have an interview today at half one, got another for a PA job on Monday and am more worried about that one, how the heck are PAs supposed to dress? It's for this firm, I doubt turning up in a short rose-print skirt would cut the mustard?

    Personal pronouns are they/them/their, please.

I'm intolerant of wheat, citrus, grapes, grape products and dried vine fruits, tomato, and beetroot, and I am also somewhat caffeine sensitive.

I totally agree with you on that, my friend who I went to slimming world with weighs herself everyday and will panic if shes put on a pound...I can fluctulate about 2-3 pounds from morning to night on some days...I got rid of mine after I quit slimming world, once I reached 10 and a 1/2 stone (the leader wanted me to get down to 9 and a half stone - that wouldnt have been maintanable at all)...I know Ive put on now as all my clothes are getting tight... I agree we are all meant to be different shapes and its about how healthy you feel not what you look like......

Saying that I can say all that to others but I dont take it on board myself- hypocrite lol

  • To add to that good luck with the interview- nowt wrong with the rose print skirt, can you dress it with a plin top, black tights, shoes etc?

Erk, it's tricky isn't it? I have this feeling that they'd expect something fairly smart and "work wear" ish for a PA applicant but it's hard to do that without looking boring. I think the skirt would be great but perhaps keep the top, tights and shoes quite simple?

    Good luck though!
