My ideal weight, and the one I feel best at is about 10 stone which puts me at a size 10-12.
I'm petrified of what it is going to take to get back there :(

    It will happen hun x

    Morning, lovelies!

Just back from my favourite boot sale and can't believe how cold my feet are.
Definately need two pairs of socks next week.

Just about caught up on all the chat.
Magpye, you're doing really well on the interview front, you must have a good CV. That firm looks quite corporate. I reckon a rose print skirt with a safe black jacket and black heels and opaques should cut the mustard. Good luck.

Lost - sorry about your shakes. Not being able to put make-up on is just so frustrating.

Unsurprisingly I don't own any bathroom scales and never have.

    Today's outfit:
    Black leggings (TopShop, Xmas pressie)
    Vintage black bodysuit (99p Chazza)
Smock dress with tapestry bodice (£5 TopShop)
Knee high Roland Cartier flat leather boots (£3.99 Chazza)
Black over the knee socks (99p shop)
Lime green crochet cardi with cape sleeves (£4 River Island)
Vintage black crochet shawl wrapped around neck (10p jumble sale)
    Knitted beret (10p jumble sale)
Silver bangles, rings and earrings (India)

Topped off with black leather driving gloves and a 1960's faux leopard coat.

Off to catch up with blogs and do eBay wrapping. Catch you later.
    Goan

You'll get there sweetheart, just take it steady.

I have no idea what my "ideal" weight is but it's probably under 9 stone (Sharon, we're the same height aren't we?). If I'd set that as a target when I started dieting it would have meant losing over half my body weight (yes, I was that heavy :o ) and the prospect would have been so totally overwhelming I would probably never have started.

    Thanks girls <3

    Alex, no :o required.
I really admire how far you've come and I wish I could have taken your sensible attitude back when I was 15 stone. I mean, I never set out to end up like this, but circumstance at the time I started trying to get healthier meant it got far too out of control.

5'2"? Then yup lol To me its a scary figure as I want healthy at that weight...you have done really well theres no need to be embarressed about it! I too was 15 an a half stone at one point in my life, then went right down to just under 8 stone, then up, then down for the past 10 years or so, so its nice to find a weight I feel somewhat comfortable with.

    I've been Money Tipped!
weight is such a ..huge ;) ...issue for me...because my illness is now pretty invisable, bu the weight gain as a result has not been. I have no idea what I would weigh when ''right'' now, because I was always very fit and muscley and heavyish for my height. I like numbers because they give me something I can be concrete about where as the rest of my health and appearance is less under my control. If I still felt this way at a ''normal'' for me size I would be very, very concerned.

DB,I have faith that you will, you can make it happen in time. Just concentrate for now on being healthy...being healthy.

OMG panic stations... interview soon *klaxons*. Terrified! I've gone for brown and orange as someone said at the first assessment how nice it was to see someone wearing colours... is it a terrible mistake?!
