OMG panic stations... interview soon *klaxons*. Terrified! I've gone for brown and orange as someone said at the first assessment how nice it was to see someone wearing colours... is it a terrible mistake?!

    Fingers xd girls please.... :o

    Fingers crossed indeed.

sensible colour is a great idea IMO. waves and waves of black must get so depressing...and requires battling with expense for interview clothes, not just style IMO.

edit: remember to smile too...and broadly. one of my tips for success from my own experience...I think an easy grin goes a long way when backed with confidence and intelligent replies.

Just popping in quickly to say hi :hello:
I'm not even commenting on my outfit today!! Hurt my shoulder so it was more 'whats easy to put on' and I'm not going anywhere so meh :rotfl:

Been scouring eBay looking for some good deals, can't say that I have seen anything yet. A few promising items if they bids don't sky rocket.

Oh and ASOS are tempting me with free next day delivery. oh the dilemma!!

    Afternoon lurverly ladies, :D

Sorry, AWOL, cleaning the cooker and behind it (ugh!) :o

Weight ...... hmmmmmm ........ always been an issue for me. Yo-yo dieter here but I'm determined this is THE last time I'm going to do this, it's not good for the saggy bits !

Got down to 11st 3 before but I looked gaunt and ill (size 12). So, this time, like Alex, I'm going by size and a size 14 is great for me. Just into a size 16 now so I'm heading the right way. I cannot fathom how they do this 'healthy weight range carp'. I would go so far as to say it would be impossible for me to get to my ideal weight of 9st 2. I'm 5ft 7 (a smidgen off) and am very heavy-set, my ideal weight is a joke !

I do go to a 'club' but I need that weekly weigh in to keep me on track. However I am kind of doing it my own way. Eating what I want but less of it and trying to exercise more - which I know is the right way to do it. Calorie counting is not me because I love my food too much. I have to find something that works for me and this time, something has finally clicked so I'm hoping this is the last time I have to travel this journey.

I've just today signed up for Race for Life too claireac. I've done it before but this time it's more personal as my dad was diagnosed with cancer last year. I've had a few tears today - just thankful my dad is still with us, it could have been a lot worse and his treatment is so far successful. My best friend at school lost her mum to cancer 9 years ago so I've been trying to set up my sponsorship page and facebook link through bleary eyes :o. I don't think there are any spelling mistakes ! If anyone would like to sponsor me and my 2 girls, there's a link on my blog. Please don't feel obliged though, it's not compulsory and I know not everyone can afford sponsorship/or are sponsoring other people xx

Outfit today is nothing exciting, leggings, long sleeved T-shirt and cardigan (cleaning gear :p). I just hope no one knocks on the door today :rotfl:.

I promise to wear something nice tomorrow.

Good luck Magpye! Got my fingers crossed for you.
I've spent hours today on admin / house stuff / general sorting things out and I'm feeling quite smugly 'ducks in a row'. I've also bought Jazmine's (oldest offspring) birthday laptop, it's not her birthday til May but she'll be living in an unspecified foreign location by then so we wanted to get it now just to make sure there's nothing wrong with it. We're having to keep it quiet though as it is Poppy's (middle offspring) birthday today and she'd go ballistic if she thought her sister was having a present on her birthday! It will free up one of the laptops from her permanent grasp too!

I'm all black again today -
black cotton 3-layered lolita-ish skirt (Next sale, years ago)
black jumper with points front and back (me made)
black linen fitted waistcoat (Next via CS)
big silver hoop and disc earrings (New Look sale)
    black diamond opaques
    black/multi/silver scarf (Primark)
    black leather biker boots (Tesco)

Tsabo - if I were you I'd be looking at alternative therapies. Where are you based? I practise Reiki and would be happy to help if you're close by.

I'm in the north east. Reiki sounds very interesting, just had a google. I feel a bit let down in that I don't have much information, I know there isn't much that can be done but the doctor wasn't very helpful. I'm just not sure where to go from here.

I'm sorry everyone, I was very naughty and bought a skirt. [and fake tan and a fake tan mit.. but I admitted to them!] In my defence the skirt was £4 in Primark. It's black with bright blue flowers on and really quite nice.

    How'd the interview go Magpye?
