Excellent Spot but, like some others I couldn't proceed via the website...
So I sent their Customer Services an email with all the relevants and received their reply last pm to the effect that they would open the offer to me although it's a 'one-time offer' and had, in fact, closed..
Plus I'm eligible for monthly repeats for just the P&P Charge (£2.95)
