I seem to be doing okay so far have lost every week but only small amounts - only half a pund to go until I have lost a stone! Have my dress sorted now and so don't want to lose too much more just maybe another half a stone.
  • Oh dear, after hen party at weekend fell off the wagon Arghhhhh.
Now back on it, hope I didnt do too much damage!

    Well done Primmer x

Are people just losing weight solely for their wedding and quit the "diet" after it

  • heya slimming ladies! was starting to think everyone had got married!

i realised in august that i had stayed the same minus a few pounds on and off since may so stopped during the summer holidays but rejoined and got a new book so although i lost 1 st 4lbs and kept that off i have started back at nothing.

so got 12lbs to be under 11 stone! only 3 months to do it!

been good so far and made a lovely pudding last night out of a rich tea bisquit, youghurt and strawberrys in a gu glass bowl! mmmmm that was after a horrible chilli chocolate slimming world pudding! yuk!

    xx

ive been plodding on, got weigh in tonight, lost 3 st 2 1/2 lb since March. Its slowed right down now (between 1/2 and 1 lb a week) but ive got under a stone now to get to target and if i dont loose it by the wedding i wont be to fussed. the leader keeps on at me to do either the success express or the other one thats really really restrictive (sorry cant remember the name) but i keep refusing. As long as its going down and not up im happy, hope everyones doing well xx

Hi all - I have had a quick squint through this thread. I have just lost 4st since April on Lipotrim (total food replacement, and so a bit severe, but it's worked!). However, I want to get off another 4 stone - but want to eat this time! I am fancying slimming world due to the unlimited proteins on the red. Do they stillk do red and green or has it been replaced by the Extra-Easy? What are people's experience of the EE?

    Thanks in advance. Inkie
