Unless you're totally committed to following the plan, I think you're better off shelving the idea until you feel that you can give it your best shot.
I've met so many people who say it doesn't work when in fact, they don't do it properly or consistently. Your time will come and when it does, grab it with both hands and get stuck inI let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -

Hi everyone
Flydragon- ive replied to your message, hope it helps, youve done so well already even if you just have a couple of days off or a week or something then you can come back fighting, youve got the best motivation just think how you'll look in your dress in December xx
I think its a great idea about the recipes. my absolute fail safe is a tomato sauce. i use 2 onions chopped finely, 1 grated carrot, a couple of cloves of garlic fry in frylite for a couple of minutes till soft then add passatta let it simmer for 5 mins and add little sweetner salt and pepper. this 1s the very basic sauce.
For spagbol, meetball, pata bake style recipes ill also add mushrooms, maybe tinned toms and peppers, then 1/2 tspn of thyme and oregano
For chiil i add kidney and bake beans, peppers, chilli powder and cumin,
For curry i add what ever veg ive got then cumin and medium curry powder and chickpeas.
you can use the sauce for so much its really versitile use it for everthing
I go through so much passatta its unreal, made a lovely dinner tonight, made a batch of spag bol, layered it in a dish with lasagne sheets (got 3 layers out of it) then another layer of lasagne sheets that topped it with a can of tesco macaroni cheese (5 1/2 syns for the whole dish) i usually chop it up a bit and thin it down with a little milk then bake for about 40 mins, my kids and oh think its proper lasagne, oh and by the way i hate tinned macaroni its disgusting but i promise you this is lovely xMarch 2014 Grocery challenge £250.000 -
