Hi everybody not posted for ages, had 2 weigh-ins since the last, unfortunatley gained a 1lb on the first but lost 1 1/2lb last night so now back on track. Running total now 2 stone 1 lb. leader keeps asking me what target i want ot set but in all honesty i have no idea so just gonna keep on going til i like what i see in the mirror lol x

Hows everyone else bee getting on, good luck chelle2k9, you'll be fine, it really is the best eating plan ive ever tried (and ive tried a few) have a really good read through your books that your leader gives you, log onto the slimming world website for the syns online and write everything down (espcially at first), good luck x

Chelle dont be nervous at all, advice above is great, take some time to read all through the book, and definately use the online tools.

Ive been lacking in posting on here recently, had a few wayward weeks, put on half, lost 1 put on 1 and a half... no idea how ive done this week as was a little naughty on Sunday but we will see tomorrow.

Have been pre-occupied recently and not so organised with the shopping - there is a til Chelle, make sure you plan your meals! - and been feeling the need to rebel but i swear im back on the wagon! Got my measurements booked for sept so really wanna lose before then, just wondering how much i can lose between now and then? x

Well done on your loss so far! :)
Each password normally lasts 2 weeks so you should be ok to use last weeks...
  • Hi everyone i'm back on the straight and narrow now (after a little chocolate coated deour that is lol) I've yet to weight myself, but i'm sure that i will have lost weight. my food and exercise diary so far is as follows:

breakfast - oat crunchies (28g) with skimmed milk from allowance (HEA)
HOUR WALK TO WORK THIS MORNING
snack - cup of tea (no sugar or sweeteners) (free), kiwi (free), 2 pieces of fruit and nut (um not sure maybe 2 syns??)
lunch - low fat chilli super noodles , squash
(planning to have) snack - cup of tea (no sugar or sweeteners), kiwi
    GYM FOR 45 MINS
(planning to have) dinner - gammon steak with new potatoes, and salad

After several weeks of messing about, being constantly tearful, and utterly terrified that i wont fit into my dress i'm really starting get back into the swing of things and feel really healthy and happy. I'm just annoyed that i spent so much time and energy moping around and feeling sorry for myself rather than actually get my self to the gym and doing something (ah well)
