ooooh this sounds yummy how do you make it???
Dead simple- even I can do it!
It's my variation of the tandoori chicken which is in the curry book you can get in class.

Chicken breast- 1 per person, chopped in chunks
Fat free plain yoghurts (enough to cover all chicken)
2-4 tbsp (ish) of tandoori powder
    Juice of 1/2 a lime

Mix yoghurt, tandoori powder and lime juice in a bowl (it should be a dark pink-ish colour. Too pale and it's a bit tasteless)

    Mix in chicken chunks.

Leave to marinade for about half an hour.

Put chunks on a baking tray in oven - about 180-200 degrees (not sure on gas mark..)

Takes about 20 mins to cook.

You may need to drain of some of chicken juices about half way through so it doesn't get too watery.

    And that's it!

It's quite hot (as in spicy hot! ) though :)
