£13 Samsung PAYG phone inc £10 credit, 2for cinema & 200 points

Hi I ordered initially a black one which came fine and I registered with 450 but so far still waiting for credit to be added but then I noticed the pink which I wld prefer so ordered 1 and then next day ordered another to either sell or pass on as such a good deal but unfortunately they have turned up with the seals broken unlike the black that was fine I am assuming its because they have added this lip gloss but u don't know if they have tampered with the sim and it says u shld not accept if seal broken they have offered a refund but I will probably miss out on the deal then and pts also only allowed 5 phones delivered to yr address therfor excluding me from other prom HELP what shld I do I am due to pick another order up late this evening so was going to return then.

I set up the pink one fine, Ive ordered another one for my youngest sister who is starting High this year and will finally be allowed a mobile. I get the extra 200 points & mum will pay me for the phone!

neither of my black ones were sealed, but the sealing label was in the box still on it's backing paper. I phoned orange and registered it and the lady gave me instant £10 credit and a text to confirm, she would've seen if the sim was used previously and I can't see that you could tamper with it without it being live.

Hi thanks for this but was ur box sealed or was it opened then sealed with sellotape as mine was because if so I will keep mine rather than return

how many people have taken the 200 extra points, recycled it immediatley for another 200 extra points, sold the SIM Card and top up, and the charger for a couple of squids???

If your getting x 4 on deals it works out to be....

2X 200 POINTS = 400 OR 16 in deals + 2 EXTRA QUID FOR 12 SPEND?

Thank you OP for finding this bargain.
In the tesco direct catalogue it's listed at £29...........I collected mine from tesco store on Monday & it is 10 times better than my last phone (which cost £5.) Ok it is really only for emergencies, but I very pleased with it, and it was SO expensive!!!!

Sorry just read the previous post. When I bought my first phone (3 years ago) on Orange payg I was told that I had to make one chargeable phone call every 90 days or lose all the credit. It would be worth a call to Orange just to check.(The salesman suggested making one call each month on the same date to keep the credit- it was then £30 so I did not want to lose that!)

my package was also unsealed and resealed with selotape but I just went ahead and my phone is fine.I am going to transfer my existing credit tonight- 24 hours after registration and send my old phone (which still works) in a Tesco recycling envelope!!
