Here is a bit of a puzzler, our tesco has an Alcatel model (cant remember the model number) in store on virgin thats £7.50 odd, half the original price. Yet it's not on there site at any price but still has the 200 points as part of the offer!.

My order was accepted yesterday lunchtime - and they have just phoned to say they have 'stock issues'. Asked if I could put it on back order but they couldn't do that, best they could do was send an emails when it was back in stock.

So I guess the grabbit is over :(

Mine has just arrived. I used some spare Tesco vouchers that I had no other need for so it only cost me 68p in cold hard cash.

Bought purely for the Orange Wed offer so will recoup the cost pretty quickly.

    Excellent deal, thank you.

    Hi guys,
Got one and I am sending it to cex, do you open it and keep sim/£10 credit, or just send off as it arrived ?

CEX arent that stupid. They have already adjusted their prices, now £4 for a mint version.

Just the same as they did when the 1000pointer phones were released in January and all the forums like this one went mental in advertising which phones were the best to buy and sell.

is it worth selling to CEX?

also I had to give the number of the phone that went with the sim to get the £10 credit but I phoned up to do it so there might be a way round that, she asked where I'd bought the phone from Asda/Argos/Tesco

Well I placed the sell order with cex before the phone arrived because I thought this would happen, so if they receive it within 10 days the price quoted is honoured.:D

edit- so Ive got the prepaid packet in, just don't know whether to send off sim aswell ??

inside the box is a samsung sticky label on it's backing that says "caution sealed package - do not accept if seal is broken". Only it's not stuck to anything. Yet...

another thing, for those wondering whether to fiddle with their box - on the lid under a peel up label it says "£10 airtime is supplied by a fullfillment partner of Orange. Airtime coupon not to be used or sold seperately. It can only be used in conjunction with the mobile phone it was purchased with "
