    does anyone know if i can cancel my order? i ordered one and it is coming tomorrow morning but ive since gone and got a differnet phone and so no longer want this one.

    I cancelled a bed with Tesco, I just phoned up & it was no problem, but it hadn't left the warehouse. They take stuff back, and if it's unopened there's unlikely to be a problem.

    I suspect I should ask in the mobile board but does anyone here know how to get the internet up and running? When I registered the sim and got the £10 credit applied, I also got a text telling me I'd won 1GB mobile internet for 7 days but I just keep getting a network error message. I probably need to download settings? Do I? *confused*

    No, dont send the sim thats yours to keep with the £10 credit on. Ive sold phones to Cex before and never sent sim. HTH

    How long does it take for the £10 to be credited onto the phone? I registered the sim with Orange last week and as yet no credit or do I need to call Tesco? Thanks ;)
