Taking your icome into consideration and future earning potential I don't see no problem with you paying more then the min on your debts without having to struggle. Although, try to buy a bigger share asap its not as if you can not afford it!
Every picture tells a story.....anyone could say they're anything....however you normally find indicators as to whether a person is what they say they are.....quote: Trust me, I'm a solicitor hmmm..:rotfl:
Do you correspond with clients in writing..
Quote: I think whether he is doing well for himself or not is really not up for debate!
Hmmm ....I trust you don't rely on memory to do your job...as you're the one who brought this up!!.....(just like forgetting about "complaint")
Just seen your post iamana1ias.....quote: (Hmmmmmm, registered today, can't spell or use tenses properly and uses remarkably similar syntax to the Joker himself. Coincidence???

Also, they both are recent graduates in their mid 20's on a joint income of £56k and therefore, barring any redundancies, they will be earning a hell of a lot more in the 30's!! Trust me, I'm a solicitor
Don't be mean, be happy for him. There is no reason for your negativity towards him.
I literally do not know where to start here!!
Why don't you start a third persona and see how that one goes?

I feel sorry for you three. I hope within this forum you can find the happiness, respect and acceptance that you could not achieve in the real world.0

At least we don't have to hide behind another user name to try and justify our posts.....or attempt to gain further sympathy...you tried that early on in your posts "kicking a man when he's down"...oh pls...is this how a man deals with a mortgage refusal....grow some back bone...and if you think you're doing well don't come on here asking for help with a 25%/40k mortgage but at the same time boast you're highly qualified/well paid!! The two are not congruent....just like the occupation and grammar....:rotfl:0 -
Voodo Magic Man and Dark Jester - I suggested you grow a thicker skin, so that the next time you want support/advice, you don't end up the situation you've found yourself in, by getting drawn into a pointless exchange of insults.
The unkind words will not have any impact on you life or job prospects.
Let it just go over your head, because in life you will definitely meet worse people and it's just not worth spending this much time and effort trying to get one over on some nameless person on an Internet discussion board.
It's a public forum and not everyone is warm and friendly (you included).
That's that my opinion.
If you want to call it BS that's up to you.0 -

Its clear that after the complete u-turn made by the underwriters they did not do their job correctly the first time. I achieved what I wanted to achieve, will get my mortgage, move in and eventually buy the rest of the property in a few years. Anyone who reads this entire thread will see that your "insider knowledge" means f-all and you have been proven wrong and made to look a !!!!! Chin up mate, you win some you lose some
You three (your self, wutang and iamana1ias ) really do have a lot of spare time on your hands, your always on here no matter what time I log in. Its Saturday, don't you have anything better to do? Your good grammar and spelling has not helped you much in regards to a active and varied social life eh? Lol
No doubt you will have a rebuttal but don't expect a reply this time. I honestly have better things to do then argue with three morons like you.
I pity you.0 -
