OMG!! What a post. I started reading the first page and thought what a load of pompus kak!!
The op had a good point but its now lost in playground banter and OP your tone was just as bad as some of the others!
You can appeal and if you dont appeal you wont find out will you??
This was less than 1 x income £300 a month! I would have gone potty if this had been refused on my watch!
What was wrong with my tone in the original post? although I admit my tone did get bad after some of the judgmental comments made towards me (I am only human).
Any way, I did appeal and the original underwriter decision was overturned and I have been offered a provisional mortgage (depending on valuation and proof of finances) - I have sent all my financial info to them so Im just waiting for feeding in regards to surveyors.0 -

Who is forcing you to read it?
Do you know what I do when I come across a thread that bores me, I ignore it. I know, what a craaaaazy and wacky notion, but it works and you should try it. Not as if you dont have other threads to read or in fact you could create a very "entertaining and not very boring" thread of your own.

Your original post was good, you got dragged in to the row that the judgemental posters like to have!"Banking establishments are more dangerous than standing armies." Thomas Jefferson
