Any how, I have seen the e-mail he sent to the bank manager in writing where he states and promises that if it turns out that we was rejected again he will give a full break down as to why we was rejected. Lets wait and see.

waste of time telling this guy anything..he thinks he knows it all...that's why he's applying for a 40k 25% mortgage on a joint income of 55k....very savvy...............:rotfl:

Still no rejection! If that what you was hoping for you smug !&%£* :mad:

They sent me a text message yesterday from a generic number confirming that the application is being reviewed again - just assumed it was a standard thing they do.

Got one today saying the following:

“Your valuation has been instructed. We will contact you again once the valuation has been received. Yours sincerely HSBC”

any of you "experts" have any ideas what that means considering all what has happened. Valuation on the mortgage application? :S

Been unable to get through to bank!
