I have got Task Manager up and it shows no Applications but under processes it shows

At2evvxx.exe 00 1,416K ATI EXTER
csrss.exe 00 5.360K

taskmgr.exe rosanna 02 2100K wINDOWS

some of these numbers are going up and down. Does this help

The only restore point it showed was 3.15pm this afternoon

Can you get on the internet, run "program files/internet explorer/iexplore.exe"

Many thanks . I seem to have made progress but cant seem to get any further. I have task manager open anything else worth trying? Or should I give up

No it says I probably dont have permission to access it.
