Here's the details for the Olay regenerist daily regenerating serum MBG. I rang them yesterday on the 800 number and this is where they told me to write to:
Olay Money Back Guarantee
Department 333
Freepost ANG 8107
Diss
Norfolk
IP98 3SP
You must post them the till receipt and the remainder of the bottle in order to get the full refund.0 -
Went into Tesco's to by the Cravendale milkshake thingy yesterday to find that it was so popular that it had been reduced to 49p. Will still try and claim the refund but don't know how it will work as the reciept just says 'strawberry milk'. Anyhow the other half got excited as he likes milk shakes. Bless.People die, buildings burn, but true love is for ever.

i'm still waiting for cravendale to e mail me after they spelt my name wrong on the cheque so its useless. its been weeks now.For thousands of people this Christmas, their must-have gift is far more vital than the latest gadget or toy – it’s blood. Please don’t let the festivities and cold weather prevent you from giving them the ultimate gift… give blood.0

Tesco's receipts in particular are very vague. I've sent off for TMFs in the past where the receipt just said 'cheese', or 'teabags', with no mention of the brand or anything. Never had problems with it.0 -
