    Hi Katie,

The address is: LACTOFREE Offer, PO Box 930, Shoeburyness, Essex SS3 9QE. You must send a till receipt with your purchase highlighted, your name and address, and a statement in no more than 30 words telling them what you thought of the product.

Here's the details for the Olay regenerist daily regenerating serum MBG. I rang them yesterday on the 800 number and this is where they told me to write to:

    Olay Money Back Guarantee
    Department 333
    Freepost ANG 8107
    Diss
    Norfolk
    IP98 3SP

You must post them the till receipt and the remainder of the bottle in order to get the full refund.

Went into Tesco's to by the Cravendale milkshake thingy yesterday to find that it was so popular that it had been reduced to 49p. Will still try and claim the refund but don't know how it will work as the reciept just says 'strawberry milk'. Anyhow the other half got excited as he likes milk shakes. Bless.

For thousands of people this Christmas, their must-have gift is far more vital than the latest gadget or toy – it’s blood. Please don’t let the festivities and cold weather prevent you from giving them the ultimate gift… give blood.

It doesn't really matter what the receipt says - you know what it means, and they should be fine with it.

Tesco's receipts in particular are very vague. I've sent off for TMFs in the past where the receipt just said 'cheese', or 'teabags', with no mention of the brand or anything. Never had problems with it. :)
