Found my first Money Back Guarantee in Wilkinsons....a pack of 2 Stabilo Bionic Rollerball pens.....it says if you don't love the smooth writing they'll give you your money back. Only thing is they want you to send the packaging, the receipt AND the pen back :eek: Any ideas on getting my money back without sending the pen back cos it really does write lovely!!!

So do they only want one pen back, and you can keep the other one?

Oh yeah they only want one pen back...but i wanna keep em BOTH!!! you have to send it back within 14days of purchasing it as well so i won't even have much chance to use it loads!! Guess i'll just send the one pen back to get the refund...but what to say about what i didn't like about it?

Have just seen on tesco.com that pearl drops are on bogof - would check in store though just in case they havent all got the TMF flash on?

Assume its bogof in store too?

Found these today it says to send the socour back what do u think it wants as theres 3 in a pack i presume one of the clean ones surely they don't want u to send them a dirty one back to them has anyone tried this what did u send and did u get your money back.

I just bought some Ecover in the hope of taking advantage of the TMF offer. But reading these posts I'm starting to get worried about actually getting my money back!

Some of them take quite a while before you hear from them. I've not had one that hasn't paid out yet !
