Also - quick possible tip re the small mini-tasters of wine at Asda at present. Idea is you buy small bottle at £1.50/£2 then, when you buy the big bottle, you use the voucher to get that amount off the big one. I took one little bottle and went through the self scanning till, but it would not accept it. I tried a second time and it just kept saying I had exceeded my limit! Called over assistant who tried too, and eventually we realised they were actually ringing up but 'silently' in the background and not appearing on the purchese so far. Thus I had 'bought' 5 bottles by this time so assistant had to void 4 of them. Imagine my delight when receipt gave me not 5 but 9 vouchers for £1.50 off!!!! Problem with the self scan tills aparently, but she said I could keep all the vouchers as no use to her! Thus I have £13.50 worth of vouchers for £1.50 spend!
Sounds interesting :T0 -

Ooh, I've never heard of this before. So let me get this straight, if you buy a mini bottle, you get a voucher for a big bottle from the till? Like a till spit at Tesco?
Sounds interesting :T
Hi Dormouse
Asda have about 10-12 varieties of wine at present where you buy a 250ml bottle for either £1.50 or £2, depending on variety, then you get a voucher for that much off the big bottle when you pay at the till. Thus, if you do go to buy the big bottle, you effectively got the wee one free. Idea is to let you taste a wine first then decide if you want to spend more on the big bottles.
Afraid I don't know what a till spit/split at tesco is so unsure if the same.
Hope this helps

Having been in touch with Purina, have discovered that the pet stores where you bought the pet food are authorised to give you full refund on the spot, on production of till receipt, empty pack and TMF sticker. Yesterday, PamPurred Pets gave me back £13-99 immediately without quibble! Just quote the Purina 100% money back gaurantee.
If your retailer queries this, refer them to:-

The Redemption Centre will reimburse the pet store.
If you have any problems with this offer, contact:-

Unsure if this is just a local issue, but in my area, stickers from all the cat food packs have been removed, but all the dog food packs have TMF stickers.0 -
