Found a new Taste Guarantee today on boxes of Jordan's new "3 in one" cereal (found on the strawberries variety in Sainsbury's, price £2.48). Look for the blue 'Great Taste or your Money Back' square at the top right hand corner of the box.

Till receipt, box lid, SAE and 25+ statement (in the form of a "genuine written letter"!!) needed. One per h/hold. Apply within 21 days of date on till receipt, final closing date is 31.10.07.

Well, it IS one of the usual handling houses dealing with this one, so my guess is that they've started to notice a few 'one size fits all' statements being sent in... and they obviously want to keep their costs down by making it as difficult for us as possible.

So, I'm guessing that they'll only accept HANDWRITTEN applications, and possibly only those in the form of a 'proper' letter too - they're probably hoping that letterwriting is a forgotten art and so they'll be able to reject applications because people can't tell their Yours faithfully's from their Yours sincerely's  .

I be they will be looking out for similar letters, same handwriting, phrases etc coming from different addresses. They have probably employed one of those people who can anaylse handwriting:rotfl:

I think the cake mix is a bit rubbish! I thought it might stick to the box, so I tipped it into a bowl to mix it, and greased & floured the 'tins'. Once made up, the mix half-fills the tins, and a 225g dry mix yields about a 325g cake. The mix still stuck to the tins, the cake has risen unevenly, and the cakes have an unpleasant, artificial flavour. Frankly, I wouldn't bother buying this again!

    Hi all,

    Just a quick question.

A month or two ago, MAXFACTOR had a MONEY BACK offer on, on their Foundation Fittings. If you didn't like the product, you got your money back. Did anyone take part in it? And if so, has anyone received their money back? I sent mine off 2 months ago, have not heard off anything off them, and when I called them to enquire, they sounded surprised.

    What should I do now?

    Please help!

    Many thanks.

What was their response at the helpline? Did they say they would get back in touch or send a refund or anything?

Can't offer any specific advice on this one, sorry, as I didn't see this one myself. Hopefuly somebody else will be able to help. :)
