Hi everyone, just managed to find some 1001 in tesco's and upon reading the instructions, you can either be satisfied OR unsatisfied with it to get your money back. Does anyone have any experience of what it is best to say in regards to receiving payment?

I simply said I really didn't like the smell of it, no problem cheque came within a few days!

It's a proper Try Me Free promotion, they just want to know your opinion. It doesn't really matter what you say, it's up to you, just be honest!

If you liked it, say why; if you didn't, say why too! You should get your payment no matter what.

These sort of promotions are my favourite as you feel you are helping the manufacturer by giving them genuine feedback, which they will hopefully find useful.

Had my Shloer application returned today as I didn't include the token. I always check and double check everything I send so it is funny that this is the 4th return I have had this year hmmm?

Yes me too, i had my 3rd cheque arrive at MILs today, I just seem to keep forgetting that I'm not happy with it when i pop it in my basket.

I had this to try free and by heck I am glad it was a freebie. I would have been upset if I had paid for it. A disgusting taste and vile colouriing. Needless to say I went back to my very eco very saving tap water in a re-used orange-juice bottle the very next time in the gym - and it was more refreshing!
I was never so glad to get a refund cheque as with this.

Well done James - I agree with the moneysaving aspect of tap water!

Got my Mars Delight cheque today. Did anybody else find the letter a bit cheeky? Mine finished with "We're ever so sorry" - I thought it was a bit over the top :rolleyes:
