Hi all

new to this thread - I purchased the comfort with the bye bye cardboard jeans on the label. But I can see no mention of getting it free if not satisfied. Do I need a leaflet as well. I think I have gone wrong on my very first purchase.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi and welcome to the thread

Did you get the bottle that has a small round sticker at the top, saying Money Back Guaranteed or something along those lines? That's the one you need to get, and the sticker at the back peels off, with the instructions underneath it.

There is no leaflet or anything - you just need the stickered bottle. Just the mention of Bye-bye is not enough, as you need the actual money back instructions as well.

I guess you could always go back to the store and exchange it, if you want. And if you did get the wrong bottle, don't worry, it's happened to all of us. You'll soon get the hang of this

Can I just say what a great thread this is, I've got loads of stuff for 'free' this way! I'm mostly excited about the Luminous glaze stuff, I wanted to buy some to try and then use for my wedding May and thanks to you I've waited and can get it on TMF! Hooray! Thank you all :-)

I've found a new freebie. I was paying for the petrol inthe Tesco petrol station and saw a powerade bottle with a try me free flash on them. They are a sports drink, 81p. You need to buy the bottles with the TMF flash on the front and print off a form from the internet for a refund. Details below:
