    Phoned Surf customer services number on Monday, got a letter in the post on Wednesday with £3 voucher for all Unilever products (home and personal care) plus a booklet about washing and a letter explaining how to remove the stain I've mentioned (tomato sauce) next time. Qite efficient, but I was hopping for a bigger voucher...
